First I want to shout out B&H, they always have incredibly fast and reliable shipping. This headset is hard to find at retailers, but B&H had them readily available. Love you guys! The headset itself is simply amazing. I am a gamer who plays CoD, Valorant, Fortnite, where directional audio and hearing footsteps is important. The soundstage these are able to create are better than my gen3 Astro A50's, A40 TR's, and HyperX Cloud Alphas. As a music lover, they are also amazing. The preset is very good, however, there are EQ's out there you can use to tune to what you're doing (competitive gaming vs adventure games vs listening to music). The weight of the headset was a concern of mine before purchasing, but I can honestly say I don't notice it at all while gaming for 4-5 hour sessions. They can tend to slip off when tilting my head to take a drink, but other than that I've never had any issues with the weight. If you're on the fence, just get the headset! They are on the top of almost every 2023 Wireless Gaming Headset of the year list. 5 |

I have a VERY OLD headset and M-12 base from long ago. Unfortunately, the headset gave out. But Plantronics still has compatible replacements such as the HW530. B&H did their usual excellent support and had me a replacement within a few days. 5 |

It offers both a USB connection for my computer and a headset jack for my phone. I downloaded Plantronics software for my Windows 10 PC. I am very pleased with this product 5 |

I'm using this to replace a cheap in-ear headset that came with one of my Smartphones year ago. I could not believe how comfortable the new Plantronics would be. It's great for hour-long Google Hangouts/Meet and Zoom. People actually mentioned that my voice is much clearer and that there's very little ambient noise, even when someone else in the same room is on a call at the same time. The mute button only mutes on the headset but the volume buttons on the headset control the volume within Linux. I even like listening to music through it. 5 |

Purchased this to attempt to upgrade an old Plantronics USB headset with foam ear pads. I liked the foam pads because it didn't isolate outside noise too much which means sidetone isn't quite as important. Comparing these to those, these are more comfortable, but I haven't fully adjusted to increased isolation yet. The adjustment on the headset was pretty loose on one side and would adjust the height when taking the set off. I ended up removing the screws on that side and bending the metal piece to add some stiffness. It's lame that I had to do that, but it now works perfectly. Overall, I don't think I could have found a better headset for my needs, which are conference calls and music. 5 |

As usual, Plantronics serves up another terrific product. This is my second Voyager Headset and it's better than the first one I bought 8 or 9 years ago. Keep up the great work. 5 |

I purchased this to replace an older Plantronics headset with a failing, no longer supported battery. The CS540 lasts all day and has a far greater range than the one it replaced. It is a little difficult to find the right and most comfortable ear gel piece but I can wear it all day and not have a problem. 5 |

My IT group at work provides this headset to employees, so I'm used to it, and when my old Plantronics at home started acting up I took the easy route and ordered this after seeing how ridiculously many headsets are out there. The sound is decent, and the mic works well. The ear cups can get a little warm during a long call, but not terribly so. I do wish the cable was a few feet longer sometimes, but it works fine on a short USB extension if needed. 5 |
