I've owned models from Bose and Plantronics... and the noise canceling is incredible. Really impressed. I like the hand gesture controls. The automatic pause of music with talking is 'ehh' for my use but might work great for others. The microphone works very well and is above par with other headsets with this design. I've worn them for 3-4 hours straight with no hot spots even with my glasses on. 5 |

I purchased this to replace an older Plantronics headset with a failing, no longer supported battery. The CS540 lasts all day and has a far greater range than the one it replaced. It is a little difficult to find the right and most comfortable ear gel piece but I can wear it all day and not have a problem. 5 |
