Plantronics Usb Headset Sounds Cant Hear Me

It offers both a USB connection for my computer and a headset jack for my phone. I downloaded Plantronics software for my Windows 10 PC. I am very pleased with this product 5 |

Purchased this to attempt to upgrade an old Plantronics USB headset with foam ear pads. I liked the foam pads because it didn't isolate outside noise too much which means sidetone isn't quite as important. Comparing these to those, these are more comfortable, but I haven't fully adjusted to increased isolation yet. The adjustment on the headset was pretty loose on one side and would adjust the height when taking the set off. I ended up removing the screws on that side and bending the metal piece to add some stiffness. It's lame that I had to do that, but it now works perfectly. Overall, I don't think I could have found a better headset for my needs, which are conference calls and music. 5 |

This is my second headset from Shokz. In addition to the OpenRun Pro, I have the OpenComm. Both are great headsets. Of course, picked up the OpenRun Pro for music & videos. The sound quality is fantastic. I can hear full range sounds when listening to music. With open ear comfort, I can still hear other sounds & be aware of my surroundings. 5 |

Based on the reviews alone, I would have passed on this headset. I think the problem is people don't understand this is an ON ear headset and not an OVER ear headset. I work as a lighting designer and sometimes have to wear a headset for 15 hours straight. I was turned on to these after a show caller at an event had them, and her voice sounded amazing over intercom. These sound great in the ears, mic sounds great, and the look really professional too. I love that I can swing the earcup back to make it a single when I need to hear the room. I will agree that since it's an on ear headset it isn't as comfortable as some of the over ears. With that said, they are still way more comfortable than any of the clearcom or telex offerings, and sound SO MUCH BETTER. The noise isolation is really good too. I use these in combination with 15db molded earplugs in arena settings, and the SPL out of the headset is good enough to crank up and hear production, and the mic sounds better than my David Clarks. I love being able to swap the 4 pin cable out for an XLR/TRS cable that I can use for video conferences and remote support applications. I am very happy with this headset. 5 |

This appears to be one of the lower-cost USB Headsets available. There are quite a few that cost much more than this one. I would say it is an excellent headset for the price, but from my experience, it is an excellent headset regardless of the price. The company I work for supplied this model headset to their employees for teleconferences. I have used it both in the office and while working from home. The sound is perfect at both ends. It is very clear – no noise, no issues. I could clearly hear my co-workers and they could hear me fine as well. It is lightweight and comfortable. When my wife needed one for home, this is the unit I purchased. We are both very happy with this headset. 5 |

I have a VERY OLD headset and M-12 base from long ago. Unfortunately, the headset gave out. But Plantronics still has compatible replacements such as the HW530. B&H did their usual excellent support and had me a replacement within a few days. 5 |

I'm using this to replace a cheap in-ear headset that came with one of my Smartphones year ago. I could not believe how comfortable the new Plantronics would be. It's great for hour-long Google Hangouts/Meet and Zoom. People actually mentioned that my voice is much clearer and that there's very little ambient noise, even when someone else in the same room is on a call at the same time. The mute button only mutes on the headset but the volume buttons on the headset control the volume within Linux. I even like listening to music through it. 5 |

As usual, Plantronics serves up another terrific product. This is my second Voyager Headset and it's better than the first one I bought 8 or 9 years ago. Keep up the great work. 5 |

I purchased this to replace an older Plantronics headset with a failing, no longer supported battery. The CS540 lasts all day and has a far greater range than the one it replaced. It is a little difficult to find the right and most comfortable ear gel piece but I can wear it all day and not have a problem. 5 |
