I can use it without the need to carry the plastic boxes and the filters are well protected.

So much handier than a stack of plastic boxes for your filters.

Nice to have all of my cards in one place instead of the little plastic boxes loose in my camera bag.

I've been using this out in the shop for some time. From cardboard boxes to vinyl and plastic. This seems to be the only one I use. It just feels right! Strong and secure with one of the fastest blade changes I've used.

I have many hundreds of slides taken in the 70' and 80's they had been in the slide boxes from the developers. Some were plastic and some were cardboard. Now there is a simple home for them in one box that is organized. Very useful.

I've been using airtight plastic boxes with silica gel for far too long. You can fit so much more into one of these, with the slide-out shelves. Mine was banged around pretty badly and a corner was dented despite some pretty impressive packing for shipment, but it's been working great. My only gripes would be that the door gets in the way of the shelves unless you open it very very far; and the shelves are a little scary and difficult when loaded with a lot of lenses. But I can deal with those shortcomings.

I do really like these boxes for some reason. They are quite reasonable, and I use them to store my filters, even if they are not B+W. They're pretty no frills plastic boxes, and I like that they don't pop open or unscrew when they are in my bag. The plastic is not so hard that it will crack in your bag if the box takes a bit of a bump. They are also quick to open and close and convenient for when you need your filters fast

After keeping my slides in the little cardboard or plastic boxes I got them back in originally I needed a way to store them more permanently. Most of my slides are more than 50 years old and the original containers are crumpled and warped. I've digitized them all and now need a more permanent home for them. I have about 400 slices so I bought two of these. I managed to get 20-23 slides per small separator box so I still have room for the other slides I still need to digitize.
