this was an $80 tripod, so I knew going in what to expect. I have a small camera and just wanted a stable platform to shoot shows. but when I got the Magnus tripod, I was surprised at the quality for this price point. if your needs are for a good stable camera platform for a great price. This one is a keeper. Oh, and get your self a spare camera adapter for around $10 and you can put one on all your cameras to us the tripod. 5 |

This is one solid platform. Perfect for most projectors but too small for some laptops so worth checking if that’s your intended use for it. The screw can pop out easily when not in use so care is required so as to not lose it. Solid product though and price is excellent in comparison to some others available. 5 |

When I first took my tripod out of its box, I was shocked at its small size. Once expanded, this small tripod becomes a stable platform for my Nikon D810 even in light breeze. This tripod is small enough to easily fit in a carry on, and to cary even on a backpacking trip. I cannot recommend this highly enough. 5 |

Great platform for small ball heads and other gear. Excellent machining and flat parallel faces with satin finish. Knurled edge provides excellent purchase, but two holes are provided for additional leverage. They are about .625in deep and will accept a pin (nail, allen key, etc.) with a diameter about 0.14in. Disc height (thickness) is 6mm. 5 |
