Great speaker. Hooked it up to my computer to play music in my office. 5 |

I use this system in my Den , I play my music from iTunes while I am on the computer and this system was the best choice and I reviewed them all. 5 |

Easy set up and convenient music play through Apple AirPlay. The sound quality is excellent! Only issue so far is a slight lag when streaming sound from TV over Bluetooth. 5 |

I got 4 of these to replace 3 Sonos speakers and one sound bar on my TV. (1 in the kitchen, 1 in the dining room and 2 combined as a stereo pair under the television). Comparing the sound to the Sonos play:1 speakers, they are quite a bit better. I can hear much more bass and the sound is more omnidirectional. The integration to my Apple ecosystem is much nicer that the Sonos app as well. I have apple music; the combo with the homepods is just super. I basically use Siri to play or find whatever I want to listen to. It took me some fiddling around over a couple days to completely figure out how to use airplay to play music from each particular homepod. Now that I learned how to do it, it works very well. Playing the TV sound through the paired speakers works out well too. Sometimes the AppleTV sound output changes from homepod to HDMI all on its own for some reason. When that happens I have to switch it back manually. Probably some fine tuning by Apple needs to be done in this area. I will probably buy more to make stereo pairs in every room as they sound even better this way. By the way I also replaced an Amazon Echo with these in the process. The microphones on these pick up our voice better than the echo. 5 |

I bought this to listen to my Apple Music Library. Setting it up was very easy. I wish that Sony comes out with videos on how to use it. It took me a while to play around with it. Good solid product. I don't have to get an additional streamer, dac or headphone amplifier. Highly recommended. 5 |

For the size, this speaker has a lot of heft and powerful sound. Planning on getting a 2nd one when Airplay 2 comes out. I can easily play music from iTunes on any of my Apple devices, and although I don't use Siri that much, it's responsive and has accurately responded with news or music play directions. Be aware that Siri will only respond to you, and be recognized by the Home app, if you've turned on 2-factor authentication, which is a pain w/Apple. 5 |

Great product, especially for the money. Integration with Apple Music is excellent. Just ask it to play ANYTHING! Siri integration is amazing too. It can answer most (logical) questions you can think of. Apple rocks! 5 |

Great sound and easy to set up. I had read many reviews and was concerned about being able to play my local music through it. Some say you can't, unless you go through the Apple TV, etc. I did set it up for the Apple TV and my phone and found that it appears as a streaming device, which I can play my local music directly to it, or anything on my computer for that matter. 5 |

I casually listen to my iTunes collection, Apple Music, and SoundCloud. Play:5 sounds wonderful: full, deep, rich sound, surprising bass, no distortion; Is reliable: music never skips or stalls. I replaced a pair of M-Audio computer speakers. Play:5 sounds better than any computer speakers and bookshelf speakers I have owned. Play:5 in white looks beautiful, especially with white shelving. I bought Play:5 in December 2015 when a 45-day return period was offered. I have no regrets. The only disappointment is in the controller software. Sonos Controller for Mac is like a music player from the early 2000s; Difficult to navigate; Awful for discovery. I wish I could play my iTunes collection from iTunes to Play:5 (without AirPlay). I lose over a decade of metadata gathered from my music habits. But, Play:5 sounds great. 5 |
