Play Apple Tv On Computer

I got 4 of these to replace 3 Sonos speakers and one sound bar on my TV.  (1 in the kitchen, 1 in the dining room and 2 combined as a stereo pair under the television). Comparing the sound to the Sonos play:1 speakers, they are quite a bit better.  I can hear much more bass and the sound is more omnidirectional.  The integration to my Apple ecosystem is much nicer that the Sonos app as well.  I have apple music; the combo with the homepods is just super.  I basically use Siri to play or find whatever I want to listen to.  It took me some fiddling around over a couple days to completely figure out how to use airplay to play music from each particular homepod.  Now that I learned how to do it, it works very well.  Playing the TV sound through the paired speakers works out well too.  Sometimes the AppleTV sound output changes from homepod to HDMI all on its own for some reason.  When that happens I have to switch it back manually.  Probably some fine tuning by Apple needs to be done in this area.  I will probably buy more to make stereo pairs in every room as they sound even better this way.  By the way I also replaced an Amazon Echo with these in the process.  The microphones on these pick up our voice better than the echo.

Great sound and easy to set up. I had read many reviews and was concerned about being able to play my local music through it. Some say you can't, unless you go through the Apple TV, etc. I did set it up for the Apple TV and my phone and found that it appears as a streaming device, which I can play my local music directly to it, or anything on my computer for that matter.

I bought two of these cables in the past few months and use them for: _ one of my computer monitors _ communication between my Raspberry Pi and my TV to play videos I have had no issue with them whatsoever and am still trying to understand why one would pay several times this price for the same quality. I have not tried to repeatedly plug and unplug them, maybe that would be the difference, although they look sturdy enough.

Let me start by saying I'm 57 years old and have zero experience with tech other than knowing how to type and use my Apple computer for the most basic of things. With that said, I must use reading glasses every time I use it, even though I have the largest Apple monitor available. Everything for me has changed since I bought the Quest Pro. Now not only can I use a computer without reading glasses by simply putting on the very comfortable Quest Pro, it has turned my Apple computer into a mega (META) computer! I simply clicked the free Horizon Workplace app and followed the super easy instructions on how to sync my Apple computer with the Quest Pro. With Horizon's Workroom, I can now surf the web on 3 huge monitors in the most beautiful virtual office imaginable (an immaculate office surrounded by windows over looking a beautiful serene lake and hills covered in trees. There's even a beautiful fireplace behind me, an accurate clock on the wall, and more). I can go on more about Horizons Workroom but there is so much more to rave about the Quest Pro! I thought I had life good watching TV from my huge (and expensive) 85" Samsung TV. Since buying the Quest Pro, I choose to watch TV on the Quest Pro on the Netflix, Amazon Prime app, & YouTube VR apps. You have to try it to believe it. It's like watching a movie in my own private luxury movie Theater! There is so much more I can talk about but this review is getting too long so I'll end it with saying the META Quest Pro has truly changed my life!
