Bought to replace another pair of broken earbuds used as in ear monitors when I play drums with my band. My first pair of earbuds where the wire passes over and behind the ear, which I am still getting used to, but once they are in they are comfortable and sound great. Great buy as always at B&H! 5 |

I play drums in a Blues / Jazz jam band. I needed a simple stand for a Shure SM57 microphone to record the kick drum. Other short stands with a boom have to be contorted to line up with the resonant head's port hole (8 from floor to dead center). Coupled with a standard Shure mic clip, the Auray stand is perfect! The weight of the base is substantial and the price is right. 5 |

I play drums professionally and own all kinds of headphones, including three different types of Shure's in-ear headphones (ranging from $100 to $400 a pair). All things considered, I prefer to play with Shure's in-ear headphones and I think these are an excellent choice. Don't let the fact that they're not as expensive as the others make you think that they're not excellent equipment. These headphones sound excellent and the isolation is top-quality. I sometimes listen to mixes with these, though I generally go with studio monitors. For gigs and rehearsing, these sound fantastic. They're also great for in the office; you can hardly hear a thing with these on. They're super-comfortable and I can wear them for hours without fatigue. I prefer to wear these and other in-ear buds while recording because they don't bleed a click track or anything else into the mics. 5 |

I write Timelines in Chauvet Showxpress in which I play my drums along to a song with a full blown lightshow in sync with the song. (yes my kids make fun of me. Call it my 2nd midlife crisis). I have currently 4 Thin tri-pars and 2 ADJ Moving spots. Along with an old Moonbeam for special effects. I added in the Scorpion Dual Beam laser to one song so far. It totally rocks, as it streams above the drumset and audience (yes some brave folk come by to watch occasionally). A great addition. Its really bright, and really pops with smoke/fog. I had to learn some DMX tricks in the SW for smooth transitions. (use the square wave transitions, not the smoothing one and it will work properly). I think you will love it. Practice laser safety please. 5 |

I bought this so I could hit record/play/stop in my DAW easily while playing guitar/drums. Once I got the drivers installed it works flawlessly. It has the added benefit of moving up or down in the track list which is nice for some limited hands-free DAW operation. It also has tons of presets I've never used which probably add useful features but I haven't bothered with all that yet. Build quality is most excellent. Top notch. Solid metal with plastic buttons roughly identical to the Boss multi-effects pedals. Having said that, I am nervous about accidentally stepping on that jog wheel. 5 stars since I can't think of any reason to deduct points for anything. 5 |

The switch works very well. I am an amateur drummer. Because it is a difficult thing to sing and play drums, I need to shut off the microphone easily. The switch is heavy duty, the LED light is bright when the switch is on, and the angle of the switch with respect to the floor is just right. 5 |

Was looking for a decent but not so expensive headworn mic to sing while I play my drums, and I came across this. After reading all the reviews of pros and cons I decided to try it out. I couldn't believed how well it worked when I first used it. To me, it's pretty balanced for what I'm using it for. Unless I have extra money to spend on a super expensive one then I will, but overall, Price is Great, Quality was Great!!!!!! A power button would really be a plus. 5 |

This is my second L1. I run them in stereo from the mixer. Vocal, upright bass, keyboard and drums. Clear and clean sound. 5 |
