Play Echo Dot Through Computer Speakers

One set on my computer. One set at my Shop hooked up to my Echo Dot.

The sound quality is far and away better than my old Echo Dot.

Love the Play 5. Waiting to have this beautiful speaker work wirelessly with Amazon Echo. Have the Echo Dot connected via the jack with a cable.

Works perfectly out of the box. Replaced my echo dot with this to make sending audio to my backyard speakers easier. I would recommend switching over.

Never any echo even if I turn the speakers up loud. The speakers plug directly into the headphone output jack on the back of the microphone. When I plugged the USB cable into my computer WinXP automatically recognized it as an external audio device and all sounds play through the speakers connected to the mic. Not just sounds from Skype, but also if I play music or watch a video or something. Sound quality is better than my laptop's internal sound card by a mile. Works spectacularly well with Skype. If you need a mic for your PC to do audio conferences cause you work at home like me, this is the one you need. Works better than anything else out there, and I tried a bunch of options. I actually place the mic on the other end of the room so that it doesn't pick up my keyboard or other sounds during conference calls and others can still hear me loud and clear on the other end.

I love this as an upgrade from my Echo Dot. Easy to use and small enough to not be a distraction.

The 5th gen. iteration of the Echo Dot is greatly improved with better sound, l.e.d. display and many useful functions. We purchased several of them and are pleased with the endless useful features that make a household run more smoothly. B&H had a great price and shipping was timely.

Very happy with my Emberton II. I have it paired to the Echo Dot in my wood shop and it works fantastic. I'll be asking Santa for a second one come Christmas!

This product costs more than an echo dot run to your receiver, obviously, but there is no comparison to what you can accomplish with this. I have it set up to bring a cassette player into my whole home, which is just fun sometimes. But for great sound and volume consistency with other rooms you cannot beat this. I used to have to control the volume on my stereo receiver separately. Now I tune this device to the right max volume and it is perfectly balanced with the rest of the house without special attention. That is priceless!! And it sounds fantastic!

I bought this switch for new track lights in my basement kitchen. It works well with my Echo Dot and on it's own. I love TP-Link for the switches and smart plugs.
