Playstation 4 Controller Reviews

So far, I've had no issues so far with the controller in either Steam games or emulators. The controller feels just like a playstation controller, so it's easy to get used to the controls. And since the cord is so long, I could sit away from the computer on the couch. 10/10 Would buy again.

4th one I have bought and installed. Have 2 more to go.

I was looking for a simple zoom controller. While Libec ZC-9PRO had a few great reviews, this one had no review. Those two look almost identical, yet Acebil was $20 cheaper. After comparing the two at the store I decided to take a chance. A quality product that performs. Zoom control is very smooth and reliable. I love it.

B&H had a hiccup and seems to have grouped reviews from other versions of this slider (I am reviewing the brushless 2 axis WS-2D-80 received 07-23). Some reviews are talking about a wireless controller (this unit does not use one) and are dated prior to the release of the slider itself. The unit I received works flawlessly with both Bluetooth and the onboard controller, makes zero noise, and has no jitters in timelapse and video mode. No issues as it approaches the ends and slides back, buttery smooth. Check out the youtube video on this unit, my experience echoes the creator there. The price is steeper but the quality on this one seems top notch and is likely worth the premium.

I have used and own several other manufactures and none of those works as nicely as the Sony RM1BP! I read the other reviews before purchasing this. I bought only one to make sure it will work as the reviews stated. I have built my own controller for distance work, so I know the limitaions of the LANC codes. I like the slow transition on start and end of zoom. My other operators all prefer using this controller over the others. I will be buying more for my other 3 cameras!!! I use this on the Sony NX5U and PXW-X180.

Don’t understand the lack of reviews as a top seller.  This thing is an amazing controller! I have a Joue and K-board pro 4 and this ‘pad controller’ is better than either of them. The flexibility is truly amazing, the pads feel just right. I was dubious of the hex format and 3rds tuning but with some practice it makes it wonderfully easy to freely improvise. Combined with Geoshred/Audio Modeling it is just amazing. Probably my best music purchase after my RD2000. Thanks B&H for the foresite to stock this wonderful controller.

The Vpc1 is the best midi controller on the market. As per my research from other reviews on various piano sites, the included foot pedal really is garbage. Out of the box, it has a flutter which is visible in my daw and is audible. Shame on Kawai for not changing this pedal for all the years they have been selling the Vpc1. Many reviewers went through the process of returning the foot pedal and getting a new one only to find after a couple of weeks the noise and flutter was back. Mine is already on the closet shelf and my Roland rp 3 pedal arrives tomorrow along with a purchase of a Midi Expression iO to compliment the new pedal with the Vpc1. So if you buy the Vpc1, just know you may need to spend another $300 for the perfect setup.
