So far, I've had no issues so far with the controller in either Steam games or emulators. The controller feels just like a playstation controller, so it's easy to get used to the controls. And since the cord is so long, I could sit away from the computer on the couch. 10/10 Would buy again. 5 |

My NetGear modem and router have worked well, and the processing speed will help me. One of your tech help individuals was very helpful, even though her direct supervisor was demeaning me through her. She (supervisor) was not aware that I could hear her to the Tech support person, and I let the tech know that I heard everything she said. The boss wanted me to just get off the phone with newer tech support person. Fortunately, I did not because I needed the help and got it from the Tech person. 5 |

Old Netgear modem hit by power surge. Tech support help me diagnose the issue, and since I was in a time crunch with a zoom meeting I was hosting in two hours, tech support once again completely walked me through set up and internet hook up—I’m a bit low tech, but now totally understand the system. The product is really great, but your tech support team is absolutely wonderful!!! 5 |
