i bought this for a b-day gift for my husband, who researches whaling history. he is able to use it to magnify museum art, old engravings, handwriting in ship log journals, scrimshawed carvings -- and ordinary things around the house like examining tiny tick bites, removing splinters, identifying bugs in the garden and looking at everyday items in a new, enlarged and enhanced way. everyone who sees him use it wants to try it. even the dirt under your fingernails becomes fascinating viewing. and it's so easy to attach to an apple device! very well designed and made.

Our botanical museum uses these boxes to store lichens. The boxes are sturdy, and fit well into our herbarium cases. The boxes shipped promptly and were in excellent condition upon arrival.

I purchased these to store oversize photos at the local history museum where I volunteer. I was very happy with the quality of the products. I ordered two sizes, one was out of stock. In the 1980's I bought 12 of these from Archival and Museum Supply sites to store slide and negative pages. This is the same product sold now, but $7.00 less at B&H.

This box greatly exceeded my expectations. I bought it to store a group of photographs in a museum archive. It was the same price as the other flimsy archival boxes I was used to, but is incredibly sturdy and beautifully made... I loved the outer material and the cloth hinges. Five stars, I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Museum etching is a fantastic paper. I particularly use this paper to print all my museum photos (as the name suggests). I visited several museums all over the World and when I print the snaps from these visits on museum etching paper they look so lively and it's hard to explain, they look very 3-dimensional. Before using Museum etching, I also printed the same images on other glossy or semigloss paper (to get a relatively better DMAX) but honestly the feel of the images printed on museum etching surpasses all. I highly recommend this paper.
