The directions looked simple. Take your iPad, point it at the QR code on the back of the transmitter, and BOOM!, you're connected. Except it doesn't work, and there's no one to contact in customer service at the company. Upon initial set-up, it was an extremely frustrating 6-hours on a Saturday afternoon getting everything prepared for a Monday shoot with a required wireless monitoring system. Every step I performed followed the instructions, including using the 7-digit pass code. Nothing I did worked, over and over again. I finally gave up. I started again on Sunday, but with the same results. It was time to dig deeper. I went to several YouTube videos for for the Hollyland 400s, and the best one was from a guy, seemed to be from India or Pakistan, with subtitles. In it, he describes the very issue I was facing. But his directions said to bypass the Hollyland directions, and to use the 8-digit password from the transmitter. WHAM! It worked. I did several more tests, and it seemed to be connecting each time. On shoot today, I fired up the camera and pulled out the iPad. It immediately connected, and did so time and again throughout the day. The producer was thrilled, as was I. In the past I owned the Teradek Cube, but with terrible results. That thing, though it was a first generation unit, was awful. It was hot to the touch, it failed constantly, and it was difficult to reconnect. At one point, a producer almost threw my iPad in frustration. We did not experience anything like this today. I can honestly say it worked flawlessly throughout the daylong shoot. Never once did we lose signal, and for several shots, we were more than 400 feet away. It connected quickly to the iPad and to my cell phone. It connected over and over agin after powering up during breaks. I'm duly impressed with the unit. We'll have to see what it does on several upcoming shoots, but given the price point, I'm very happy with the 400s.

June 24, using win11: my prepaid-year had lapsed while I was moving to a new computer. I tried working within the CC Desktop but they very much wanted to get me to subscribe -- and give them my cc #. Uh, no. -So I decided to get an activation code from B&H first and start from that end. The email came from Adobe and had the link to apply the activation code, at which point the CC desktop gave me access to my photo plan and I could reinstall. -Bonus: they started the clock on my activation date, not the date several weeks earlier when things had lapsed. I don't recall it having worked that way before, so good job Adobe.

Bought this in June 2018 and its still going strong. Its perfect for personal use or a small party. Very durable! I stap it onto my downhill mountain for ride. The sound quality is easily the best for its size. Highly reccomend

I bought this lens on June 28, 2018 and took it with me on a cruise to Alaska the next day. The pictures that I shot with this lens were incredibly sharp and the colors were true to life. The image quality is so good that I used this lens most of the time.

Bought this player back in June of 2018 and i've been loving it since. My only problem really is that at random times the player will just pause while in the middle of a movie for like five minutes. Any idea on how to prevent this from happening happen? I still LOVE the player btw. The Dolby Vision, HDR/Dolby Vision and Atmos is what kept me from giving this a lower overall rating.

Love it! I just wonder why I can't now use my PLANNER20 discount code to order a new one. I tried to order one this morning and the site said my code could not be used. Why? I thought I was part of the "NOMATIC family."

Love playing the game setup is a little difficult if you have a code for discount or something, and the headset could be just a bit more comfortable, and it would be nice if a cleaning cloth or something for the lenses was included in the package. Other than that I love Oculus!
