I previously was using my PS5 to play 4k Blu Rays and when this one went on sale I decided to upgrade to a stand alone player. The quality is amazing and a big step up from the PlayStation. After watching a few movies I realized the PlayStation was washed out and the colors were muted. The Panasonic player is silent and can handle any movie I put in it. The menu is great and allows you to customize basically every setting and let's you save up to 4 presets. Definitely worth the upgrade from a console.

Today, 12-11-19, my Olympus 17mm 1.8 came to my door. At 80 yrs. old, I took my photography years ago with my Pentax K1000, So, I mounted the 17mm on my Olympus M10 Mark 111 and took a manual shot in low light. It was Great !!!! Several shots outdoors with this lens and I love it. I switched to auto focus, which is very fast and the details are very sharp also. Buy this Olympus 17mm 1.8 and you will not go wrong. I bought the EIH lamp 12-19 years ago and It just gave out. The price is right, much, much cheaper than my first Kodak lamps which had cost me 2X as much and many, many times more in today's money. I'm viewing again my 25,000 slides (pre digital) to show family and to set aside a few treasures for scanning. I bought 3 lamps just incase but I'm 85 and believe the Eiko ELHs will outlast me!!

This is a very powerful Mac mini pro. 12 CPU, 19 GPU Cores, 32G, 1TB SSD GbE model. This high end version is snappier than the 10 core model that I have. It will do anything that I have thrown at it and is not noticeably slower than an M3 Max, laptop, in day-to-day operations. Highly recommended.

I am trimming 13 x 19 inch photos down to 18 x 12 and other sizes and this is working great for it. I will try cutting matts in the next several months (winter).

I bought the pro 12/19 core version with 16 gigs of RAM, which is essentially the same system as the 16 MacBook Pro that I have. To that end, I knew exactly what to expect. I learned quickly that the ability to do all the things in DaVinci Resolve was possible with this configuration, with plenty of computing breathing room. But I don't like to do a lot of long-form editing on the laptop because of hard drive space, so the Mini allows me to plug in silly fast NVMe drives via Thunderbolt 4. Scrubbing timelines is butter smooth, even with color grading and compositing. You need to pack in a few layers before you can really bog it down, but I imagine that for 95% of editing, you can enjoy it at full resolution without proxies. It was a toss-up between this and PC upgrades, but because video editing relies so much on GPU's now, going the PC route (for now) meant huge cost in video cards, not to mention crazy electric bills. If you're an indie guy or work with small budgets, this is an easy decision.

Bought this to store 13 x 19 prints, most of which are landscape format, knowing that it was portrait format. �Unlike most other Itoya binders, Itoya does not make an Art Portfolio Multi-Ring Refillable Binder in a 19 X 13 (landscape) format apparently, so will need to make this work. �Strange. �As for the quality and construction, outstanding. �Stiff heavy duty poly cover and the crystal-clear polyglass pages with mounting boards. �Pretty hard to beat. �Makes a great presentation. �I would recommend.
