Playstation Store Pre Order Deal

I have to be honest and was nervous to order an Apple watch outside of the Apple store.  B&H was having a Holiday deal and I wanted to purchase the watch as a Holiday gift for my husband. I also noticed that when I was researching the best deals, that everywhere I looked for this particular watch, it was on backorder.  So, I called B&H and asked them how long it would take to receive the watch, and would l get the deal they have on-line, which also include some extra goodies including the band. The gentleman at B&H was so helpful, I decided to purchase it through them.  I received the watch, and my husband is thrilled. Thank you, B&H., Butterfly person

Spent the entirety of last weekend (Thursday-Sunday) researching the best deals on medium- high end pre-built PCs on the market. Came across this deal from watching a live stream of a tech reviewer and immediately checked it out. You will not currently find a better deal on a pre-built PC that has a 13th gen i9 CPU and NVIDIA RTX 4080. Trust me, I've looked everywhere. Not only that, but the computer has the components that are advertised- REAL NVIDIA RTX 4080, no re-branded GPU. The real deal. The Lenovo branded case also allows for future upgrades, to include RAM, more storage, PSU etc. I am shocked they are not sold out. Just a note- the computer will arrive to you with RAM operating at 4400 MHZ even though 5600 MHZ is advertised. You have to enter the BIOS (F12 during boot) and activate the 5600 MHZ via XMP. There is not a better computer out there for under $2,500. Lenovo put together the real deal. Highly recommended.

I was able to get a great deal on this when I pre-ordered if from B&H. In retrospect, I'd pay the full price if I had to. Lacking only HDMI or SDI pass through, this EVF has all the features I need. Some complain about the pixel resolution, but I find this sooooo much better than looking at a 5 or 7 monitor, especially in bright sunlight. The function buttons work very well, and many are user programmable. Being able to transmit video to an iPad make for a very affordable production monitor solution. I have looked at options from Zacuto and other companies, and I think the Z CAM EVF hits a sweet spot of great features and great price. The forthcoming IPMAN product ($150?) from Z CAM which will receive the WiFi from the EVF and allow me to send it to my production monitor. I believe this will allow me to send to both my iOS devices AND a production monitor.

I shoot with Sennheiser's, Sony A7III and an Atomos V. I am a solo shooter and needed a way to control highs when people get exited. 32 bit did it. The Mix 3 has a 3.5mm out with the ability to bring down the gain on the output. You don't need an attenuation cable. My level on the mix 3 is set to -24db. Sony camera is set to on notch from bottom. I get excellent level and sound quality. The levels can be adjusted with the mix 3. I then go to Atomos V via HDMI with a 6 frame delay. The quality of the audio is excellent. The pre amps on this unit are the real deal. I could use audio recorded to the Atomos without issue. There is a bit of a learning curve to this unit. NOT more than learning the Sony menu system. Zoom F6= I originally bought this unit but had a hum with the audio out (to camera). I didn't want to deal with an attenuation cable so the Mix 3 was my only option. This is my first Sound Devices unit. I have always had Zoom products starting from the Zoon H4. I will never go back. Well, the Pre Mix 3 is made so well that I think it will last me for many years. Power: Don't deal with the AA batteries. I use a Rav Power usb C power block. I hang it with a case next to the Pre Mix 3. Power has never been an issue. This unit needs a lot of power. Phantom Power: Yes, the Pre Mix 3 has it and without issue. I powered an Electro Voice RE20 dynamic cardioid microphone with this little unit. NO issues! I highly recommend this recorder. If you are on the fence, like I was. I can say that I am very happy every time I get to my computer and can bring down any yells or screams and still retain all integrity of signal.
