[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few weeks ago my printer told me it was getting low on toner so I went through the steps of identifying which toner was right for my printer. However when it came to installing the new toner cartridge it would not fit and upon investigation I realized I had been led to choose the wrong toner cartridge. By this time more than 30 days have passed and I realized I was not eligible for a refund. So I ordered the right cartridge, who's part number identified by looking at the old cartridge part number, something I wish I had thought of originally. I wish I would not be charged for two cartridges and would like a refund on the first one which was the wrong part number,.. 5 |

I received this item on March 24, 2020, and have used it daily since then. I rate the unit itself highly. But not the support I tried to get from Crucial. It gets no stars. I was unable to get my laptop to recognize the unit initially and opened a chat with Crucial support. The tech asked a question or two and then, without asking if I wanted a refund or replacement, asked if I had bought the unit from Crucial. When he learned that I bought it from B&H, he was through with me. I left the chat with the intention of calling B&H for refund or replacement instructions, but decided to research the issue to see if I might be able to install the unit without further “help”. I finally found a way to do so, and, as I say above, am happy with the unit. (I have the full chat available, should you wish to see it.) 5 |
