I ordered the item on Friday, today it's Wednesday and it is in my studio already ( in Europe, Romania ) . Amazingly fast shipping, all customs procedures were resolved as stated when I ordered, all I had to do is complete some local documents online. The product is of great quality, robust construction and works very good. I still have to learn the tricks to use it flawlessly, but overall I am more than satisfied. I will leave 5 stars, however, I would suggest to allow customers to add, extra background holder to the order, extra counterweights, because if I had then option, I would've ordered those too. Thank you BHPhotoVideo for an amazing order experience. Will be coming back when I need something in the future. 5 |
