I previously was using my PS5 to play 4k Blu Rays and when this one went on sale I decided to upgrade to a stand alone player. The quality is amazing and a big step up from the PlayStation. After watching a few movies I realized the PlayStation was washed out and the colors were muted. The Panasonic player is silent and can handle any movie I put in it. The menu is great and allows you to customize basically every setting and let's you save up to 4 presets. Definitely worth the upgrade from a console. 5 |

I purchased this to Upgrade my PS5, the installation was super easy, and it works just as it should. If you plan on putting this in the Playstation I would highly recommend picking up some type of Heatsink that's recommended for the PS5. I used the Sabrent and it all fit like a charm. 5 |

I have been shooting with the R6 for about 2 years. My spouse said they would like to start using my R6 and that I should get myself a new camera. The choices were: replace with same, upgrade to the R5, or upgrade to the R6 mark ii. I shoot mainly wildlife. I tried the R5 and returned it, after trying really hard to like it. It could have been a defective unit, but I did not find it to be an upgrade for what I shoot. I recently acquired the mark ii and I immediately fell in love with it. The autofocus is a huge improvement. I love the raw burst with pre-capture. The image quality is a smaller improvement but all improvements are a plus. I can strongly recommend this camera to a new mirrorless user or as an upgrade to the R6. This camera can help you take photos that would previously been impossible ( pre- capture). That is a pretty big deal! 5 |
