It's a plug and play device we use to record in-air cockpit conversation for videos. All I know is that it works with everything from tiny voice recorders to more expensive cameras. Without it you'll get blasting, unintelligible cockpit conversations. It works. 5 |

Been using it for a couple weeks now I think. I used it with a MacBook Air M1 2020. Plug and play. Go to display settings and can change to portrait layout works super good for my job! The origami case made me nervous at first, but if you are careful it works pretty well. 5 |

Just like all the mini converters I've used from Blackmagic, this one performs as advertised. Truly plug and play. We use this at 1080P frame rate, so if you need 4k, you'll need to step up to a more expensive unit. 5 |

The Sub Mini is a true 'plug & play'. It took minutes from plugging it in to listening to it combined with my Beam 2. The sound combined with the beam is superb. OK, it's not stereo but listening to music is a real pleasure. The sub frees the beam to concentrate on the mid and high ranges and it does it superbly. Watching movies, especially those with Dolby Atmos takes on another dimension . The sub isn't cheap, but it's worth every penny. 5 |
