Plugging Ipad Into Macbook To Charge

Works perfectly for plugging a standard mic into my iPad!

This is such a great little battery. USB C means I can charge it with my MacBook charger in the hotel room or I can use the battery to charge my MacBook/iPad/phone etc. when on location. Takes the brick battery concept and makes it even more versatile.

Works very well, I can use it with my Macbook and iPad without any issues.

No complaints. This is a lot better than plugging the camera into the flimsy little USB port to charge.

I have a macbook pro and bought this adapter as a just in case for plugging in an external mic into my laptop. I tested it and it worked great. It was a tight fit to get the 1/8 in to the mic/headphone inputs, but works just fine.

It was easy as taking it out of the box, plugging in the cord, and attaching to my MacBook Air. Easy as 1-2-3. No problems. Uber fast transfer speed and lightweight. I love it. Only wished I purchased 2 at the time.

Before I was plugging in the iPad and using quicktime to capture the iPad screen. This took way more processing power than I wanted. The Magewell along with the HDMI / Lightning dongle worked perfect and showed as a video source option for streaming. I just love how I just plug it into a Mac and it just works without the need of any drivers. It included a usb cable. You have to provide your own HDMI cable.

Driving in our car, we have the option of plugging the stereo cable directly into the car sound system, from our iPad. Then we can control the volume with the car sound system. This six foot length is just right.

Love this monitor! Can charge my macbook. I want to buy another one.
