Pny Xlr8 Pro Ssd 480Gb Solid State Drive

Works perfect with my 2013 Silver PowerMac tower and 480GB solid state drive.

This device makes a solid state drive (SSD) compatible for a Mac Pro. The hard drive slides that come with the computer only mount 3.5 inch drives. This enables you to take advantage of the new SSD's fast speed and reliability. It comes with four mounting screws so that you can mount your SSD (sold separately).

I recently got a SanDisk 1TB SSD (Solid State Drive) and used a drive cloning device to clone my old 1TB Hard Disk Drive (HDD) to the new SSD. It works wonders in my 15 year old computer! It really speeds up drive-related activities, perhaps as much as 3 or 4 times faster. I think my old HP laptop computer is either a SATA or SATA II type, so I suspect those with a SATA III system would see even better speed results when going from a HDD to a SSD. Gotta love it!

I was able to dock my SanDisk 480gb Extremem Pro SSD just fine with this.

I have used the PNY XLR8 CS3140 2TB for almost 2 months now and I am happy with the performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this solid state drive as a boot disk for one of my mini pc's. It was a quick and easy install. By putting the OS on the ssd, the pc boots up and starts so much faster than it used to. 120gb isn't a huge amount, nowadays, but it is enough to put most of my regular use programs on and run the peripherals off the external hard drive. I'm currently building a gaming pc and will incorporate ssd boot up in it, for sure.

Review is for : PNY 32GB XLR8 DDR4 3600 MHz Gaming Desktop Memory Kit (2 x 16GB, Black) Installed into an AsRock Extreme4 motherboard w/ Ryzen 5600x home built system. Absolutely no problems auto detected & setting at XMP profile 2.0. Ran straight away at stock 3600Mhz speed. No overclocking. Very fast memory and looks really awesome. Some of the best lighting on any memory module, IMO. Ease of Installation as painless and easy as it gets. Runs fast. Huge improvement over my old 2600Mhz modules. I liked this set so much, I got 2 sets. Currently running 64GB and it is an extremely nice bump up in performance with my 5600x and Radeon 6950XT GPU. She's a true beast now. Don't hesitate to get your memory from here, arrived in short order, great packaging, no problems with delivery at all. I would highly recommend this memory and to order anything from B&H. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Review is on the Kingston A400 - 480GB. This solid state drive provides performance so much better than the mechanical hard drive. Real world performance is what matters, and the difference between HDD and SSD is huge. I just want Windows to boot up fast, and with Kingston A400 480GB it seems to be twice as fast, so I am extremely pleased with this SSD and I would highly recommend this product.
