I carry this light in my watch pocket. It is a great performer. I love it. It is handy. Always on me ready to go. The battery really lasts. I haven't logged the hours, but it seems to me the battery actually lasts longer than it is rated. One caveat: While it may be weather resistant, it does not withstand the wash and rinse cycle of a washing machine. You must remember to remove it from the watch pocket before washing your trousers. Going through the wash cycle has a deleterious effect on performance. 5 |

Even though this is technically a replacement mic for the Tascam DR-10L, it's basically a clone of the older ME-2 mic, so it will work with anything that has the Sennheiser-style connector. I A/B'd this against the new ME-2 MKII (using a wireless belt pack) and I liked the sound of the MKII a little better, but I liked the CLIP on the Tascam better as it was spring loaded and it seemed like it would hold up in day to day usage. Plus, it's about 50 bucks cheaper, so I don't think you can beat this for the price. 5 |

I bought the B3 as a replacement for my sennheiser ME-2 stock mic, because I do a lot of filming in noisy office environments with air conditioning and ventilation. I am so blown away at how well the B3 performs. It reduced the background noise significantly. In fact I bought a 2nd unit. So worth it. 5 |
