I love this camera because you can take it everywhere and take beautiful pictures, you choose which picture to print, it's the best because it serves as a digital camera and at the same time as a polaroid photo printer, you don't waste any printing paper. You can play with many filters, the aesthetics of the camera is too beautiful. I will always be happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The INSTAX MINI EVO Hybrid Instant Camera is just so cool with many features that maintain the original charm of an instantly printed photograph with modernized function. First, it can act as a digital camera and you can choose which images are printed—images don’t print automatically as in the “old days,” which allows more efficiency with film. Second, the digit aspect of the camera offers editing and design features for creativity in printing, such as a sepia, black-and-white, or hi-fi color effect. Third, there is a self-timer, as well as a small mirror on the front that serves as a way to ensure your “selfie” is in the frame just right— so clever and convenient!! Fourth: I already mentioned that you can choose what gets printed, and the instant print has great likeness to the printing cameras of the past. So cute, charming, and iconic. In addition to printing from the camera, you can print from your smart phone via an app— what?! Yes, I did it and you wouldn’t be able to tell on which device the image originated. This gives so much customization for creativity. Fifth: the camera is rechargeable with a micro USB cable, which I LOVE. No more having to keep batteries at hand for snapping a photo or printing something you’ve already taken. The camera is easy to use and becomes intuitive after the first couple photos, it is compact (especially for all it’s features), and it is so versatile! The picture I uploaded shows 2 images of my dog, one taken directly from the camera, and one printed from my phone. No filters were added on either, and you cannot tell which is which!

I bought this because the new Instax Wide camera lacked color options and updated features. I was concerned about bad reviews on the app needed to use this printer, but I’m so glad I got this. It’s a better deal for me than getting the camera as I can pick and choose which photo I want to print after the moments have passed. I can also edit the lighting, contrast, etc of the pic, which I won’t be able to do live with an instant camera. The usability of the app might have some minor issues but there was nothing that blocked me from being able to easily choose, edit, and print my photos. The pictures came out beautifully as well! I’m very satisfied and so glad I got this! Delivery came on time and item was packaged well for protection!

So what makes buying this camera worth it over finding an old polaroid camera at the thrift shop? Well the coolest feature in my opinion is the rechargeable battery in the camera. Usually with instant film you are only left with the battery that's in the film pack but with this camera you can use either the i-type film (no battery pack, relies on camera's rechargeable battery) or you can use the polaroid 600 film (the same film but with battery pack in with the film cartridge). Why is this a cool feature? Well you can now stock up on Polaroid film for yourself or a a gift and not have to worry about the battery in the film pack dying rendering the film useless. You have the ability to recharge the camera and keep shooting! And if the battery inside the Polaroid Originals One Step 2 ever does die or lose performance you can just switch to using the Polaroid 600 film with the battery pack in the film cartridge. This camera is totally worth buying! And I forgot to mention the Polaroid Originals film is pretty good and is only getting better!

I used this paper to print photos with Polaroid Pogo Printer. Qality of photos was very good

I've shot more rolls of this film than I can count. It produces a great quality print but also has that old polaroid film feel (which I love) and great color. Definitely my number one choice for polaroid film due to the price + quality. Check camera settings to make sure the exposure is set properly, otherwise you can get really over or underexposed images, but other than that, this film is great.

This little gizmo has drastically improved my client relations. It's so fun to be able to print a polaroid right in front of their eyes after an engagement session.
