Polaroid Films Instax Mini 9

I actually prefer the look of this film to Polaroid's i-type and 600 films. Instax is surprisingly sharp, with rich, vivid colors.

For instant photography, I prefer Fuji Instax to the resurrected (IMPOSSIBLE) Polaroid Originals films. Overall, the quality of the film is superior (better color, tonal range, and film shelf life), particularly when used with quality cameras, or, in this case, the Instax Wide Printer. The Instax Wide is a good, larger Instax format, and though the mini format is fun and has its uses, I prefer the wide. I haven't yet worked with the square format. I purchased the Instax Wide printer, because I had color film that was expired that I didn't want to dismiss before it became unusable. I had received a LomoGraflok 4x5 back for view cameras back in Xmas of '22, but I've had trouble making time to explore using it--the reason for my expired film stock. For me, charging and setting up the printer were easy, and I installed the Instax Wide Printer mobile app on both iPhone and iPad. I made two initial test prints, one from each mobile device, and I was surprised at the quality output from each (I've posted the iPhone test print example.). I had mentioned superior shelf life to that of Polaroid. Though I keep all of my unused films refrigerated, Polaroid films seem to lose their quality after one year, whereas the Instax appears as fresh as new one year past the expiration date (refer to my example). I'm very pleased with my purchase so far, and I would highly recommend this type of device if you're looking for a quick and easy method to print fun, fast hard photos from mobile devices. Taking selfies is easy as well since there’s a mirror in front that is almost and inch big. It also comes with stickers that you can decorate with. So happy that Influenster let my try this!

Big fan of the Fujifilm instax film. Better size than the mini. More colorful than Polaroid. At $1 a film this isn’t cheap but is a reasonable price for instant cameras. Half the price of a Polaroid film so can’t complain.

I bought the new mini polaroid camera a few months ago and love it!! I found the Fuji Instax film on B&H and saw that it was about 20% cheaper and would work for my polaroid. It works great and I can't get enough of my instant camera adventures. I think the only difference between the Fuji film and the Polaroid brand film is that the Fuji film is a little slower to develop completely, but it doesn't matter to me too much.

I've had the instax mini films for a while and have never been disappointed. The wide version is the same great quality and super cute for scrapbooking (if you're into that). I loved using it with the Fujifilm INSTAX Link printer.

Giving this item 5 stars, why? excellent fit for the instax mini 8 films and quality is nice. Pictures stay in place, doesn't fall off from the compartments, and overall a good product. If you're in the market for this, highly recommended
