Polaroid Waterproof Digital Camera Id 516 Reviews

Awesome , just what I have been looking for,,,. every thing I like is great , you get glass , fog and waterproof, eazy focus and clear as a bell,. I can hand hold it without much shaking, I photograph MOSTLY SMALL BIRDS with a Canon camera and a 100x400 lens,. its hard to carry a camera and a pair of binoculars too..so I been leaving the binos at home..........my Legend 10x42 has a belt clip,. so much easier to ID birds , so I can get closer after I ID WHAT BIRD IT IS....and B and H IS GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH... 5 |

Authentic batteries are always the way to go. I saw reviews of third party ones not being waterproof. 5 |

Bought this case for Canon digital camera waterproof case, WP-DC51. It fits snugly and just what I needed for travel protection. Lightweight neoprene, not too bulky, snaps on back to close securely. 5 |

Amazing bag, very roomy, waterproof. Ignore the reviews that say this thing sheds wax, it's waxed canvas that is very lightly waxed. It's supposed to feel a little bit waxy, amazingly enough. Room for 4 lenses easily, your batteries, your memory cards, your camera, your camera manual, pens, pencils, lens cleaning kit, extension tubes, and just about whatever else you want. Stuff it to the gills, and travel. That's what it's for. 5 |

I've been in video production for the past 20 years, and have gravitated towards the Monfrotto/Bogen for the quality vs. price relationship. I had the much larger 516 head for the larger JVC KY27/Beta SP back, and then eventually to the smaller JVC 500 video camera. Now I have the Canon 5D M3, and I like the feel of this 502 much better than the 516! This new Bridging and spring technology has produced a smoother, adustable tension and drag, and I can pan and tilt much smoother, even with a smaller camera. I am placing the 502 head on top of my older Manfrotto 515MV legs (need to have a 100mm to 75mm ball adapter), which has a (removable) spreader at the bottom. I don't mind the extra weight, in exchange for the stability. 502: great performance, for a great price. 5 |

.....like these a lot! Id seen, and read some reviews of this product which were positive, but I didnt think they would fit into my work style. After taking the plunge and getting one of each color, I have to say, I love em. They adjust to the size you need, they are color coded, super handy and well made. They work with any bag. They are functional but dont draw attention to themselves. Theyre great! 5 |

So what makes buying this camera worth it over finding an old polaroid camera at the thrift shop? Well the coolest feature in my opinion is the rechargeable battery in the camera. Usually with instant film you are only left with the battery that's in the film pack but with this camera you can use either the i-type film (no battery pack, relies on camera's rechargeable battery) or you can use the polaroid 600 film (the same film but with battery pack in with the film cartridge). Why is this a cool feature? Well you can now stock up on Polaroid film for yourself or a a gift and not have to worry about the battery in the film pack dying rendering the film useless. You have the ability to recharge the camera and keep shooting! And if the battery inside the Polaroid Originals One Step 2 ever does die or lose performance you can just switch to using the Polaroid 600 film with the battery pack in the film cartridge. This camera is totally worth buying! And I forgot to mention the Polaroid Originals film is pretty good and is only getting better! 5 |
