Polaroid Zip Turns Off While Printing

I just received this bag a few days ago. I was looking for a bag designed specifically for my DSLR since the bag I was using is more of a video camera bag and just wasn't working out. I was looking for a bag that would accommodate most of my equipment and be reasonably priced. Since I'm not out photographing more than once or twice per month, this bag seemed the perfect fit. While I haven't actually used it in the field yet, I was able to fit my Sony A99 with attached 28-105 2.8 lens, as well as my 90mm macro, 16mm fisheye, standard 24-105 and my 100-400 zoom. There was also room for a few of my filters, my two spare batteries, my vertical grip and battery charger. It has a front zip section that fit my light meter and remote timer control, and another front zip section for a few pens/flashlight/etc. stuff. While I do have the bag rather packed - i think it will serve just fine for what I need. I attached my mini tripod to the bottom straps, as my larger tripod has it's own zippered carry case. Overall, so far I am pleased - I was able to fit most of my equipment into this bag to create an organized work bag instead of the jumbled mess I had before. The only things that hasn't fit are my old minolta 7D that will serve as my back up, my flash which I rarely if ever use and my smaller cokin filters from my film days. I hope this bag will be durable enough to withstand light/moderate use over the next several years.

I take a lot of photos of people and always try to give my subjects prints, and with the impossibility of polaroid and typical expense of printing, this set is a very good solution. Prints are made swiftly and with near perfect quality. The colors are sometimes a bit off from what is seen on the screen, but there's always some finagling to be done in printing photos.

This is the perfect tool for printing photographs on Instax Wide film. ( I purchased it as a compliment to the Polaroid Lab.). Fuji's color chemistry is, in my opinion, superior to the new Polaroid in terms of sharpness and color fidelity. It is supremely easy to use, with far better software than the PolLab. Each has it's own charms, of course; but for ease of use, software flexibility, and color performance-and net cost per image-I think this product is the best on the market for it's intended purpose.

While I've been photographing for a long time, I started doing my own printing about six months ago. I decided to pick one paper and stick with it through my learning process and the paper I selected is Ultra Premium Luster. First, its an excellent all around paper. I like the subtle sheen of Luster and am quite happy with this paper for both color and monochrome printing with my Epson R3000. Finally, the paper is reasonably priced enabling me to do more printing than I might otherwise do in my learning process. I'm convinced my decision to pick a single paper has made my learning much faster than it would otherwise have been. And, I'm proud of the quality of my prints on Ultra Premium Luster.

A smaller footprint and a larger substrate capability than my old 4800 printer makes this one a winner. While the printing software has changed a little over the years, the results are well worth the learning curve. And a huge added benefit is the vast array of new substrates. I've long ago committed myself to using Epson printers, inks and papers- its definitely the way to go.

I got this printer for home use. While we are not heavy users, I need the printer to work when required to print something without having to spend time to get it working again. This printer works perfectly every time I need it. Whether it is printing a few pages or if it is printing 100 page document, the printer does its job.

While most of my customers currently are non-paying (family and families-in-law) I am nevertheless doing more and more work that is being displayed in other folks homes and businesses. Demand has been increassing - - and so have my production costs.Up until now, I have been printing large format images on a printer manufacturer's branded paper. Based upon other reviews and price I purchased a package of this Ilford paper. I should have done it much sooner!I see very little difference in overal print quality and I still am playing with print resoution and rendering intent to see if I get even better results. More importantly, I rather like the differences I do notice on this paper more than I see on the paper I have been using. Since the cost per sheet or the Ilford paper is about half of what I typically paid for the competitions paper I am very pleased. The only problem I now have is that at the rate I am now printing for my related customers, I may end up spending all my savings on ink. Of course, I should get even more Wows and Thank yous so I feel it is worth it.
