Polk 8 Inch Subwoofer

Polk Audio XT10 Powered Subwoofer is replacing an Advent 12" powered subwoofer that is nearly 20 years old. The Polk unit is smaller than my older unit and it puts out a cleaner and crisper sound. Setup took less than 5 minutes. I am using this for few more days before I make any volume adjustments, if they are needed. This is a great unit for the price!

I love this subwoofer I added to my surround sound and I looked at some other ones but this one sounded better than the Polk and the other ones and was cheaper

Excellent subwoofer very powerful and accurate with music movies etc.Setup easy all that is needed is follow the two page instructions and you will experience true BASS ease of setup was not challenging this all adds up to the most TRUE SUBWOOFER ON THE MARKET TODAY. My Polk subwoofer died and I needed a replacement. I chose this one being I already had a Sony 5.1 receiver. A great buy and great performer. Very happy with B&H ordering and shipping.

We just set up our new Polk Signa S4 soundbar hooked up to our Samsung TV. The wireless subwoofer is easy to use. The quality of the sound is great!

These speakers replaced our well-used monitors and subwoofer for our home entertainments system. Wow. The subwoofer isn't missed at all. The low-end on the ES60s is deeper, clearer, and more responsive than the Polk subwoofer we originally had. The overall sound clarity and dynamics are also amazing right out of the box. They're great for both music and video. We paired them with a Polk center channel speaker and it's perfect. Note--these speakers are big. They truly are towers. However, I have no regrets other than I wish I'd purchased them sooner. Worth every penny.

The Polk HTS 12 is serving as the front subwoofer in my 7.2.4 surround sound system. It replaces an older PolkAudio psw300 125w downward firing 10 sub. It is paired with a PolkAudio psw650 utilized as my rear subwoofer. The HTS 12 matches my Polk Signature Elite ES60s in the front nicely It is my opinion that Polk subwoofers are the very best subs for music on the market today, always delivering tight accurate bass that never rumbles on passed the note. The HTS 12 is no exception to this and has not disappointed. My sound system sees equal use for music and home theater and I needed a sub that was an all around performer. The HTS 12 has proven to be a powerful addition to my speakers and has been able to reproduce special effects in movies with all of the gut punching, spine pounding, chair shaking bass that I could ask for. The cabinet is attractive and extremely well built and braced, probably better built and designed than even my psw650 which was significantly more expensive. The audio engineers at Polk are the masters when it comes to bass porting. I've never experienced any chuffing, huffing or port resonance of any kind. The bass port on the HTS 12 continues this excellence in design and performance. If you are looking for an affordable subwoofer that hits above its price point, masterfully reproducing bass for music And still able to rattle your innards during movies, then you can't go wrong with the Polk HTS 12.

This speaker sounds amazing compared to the 3 inch woofers on the Polk CH that I previously owned. The DM20 has 4 four inch woofers. I would highly recommend the speaker to enhance your home theatre system. A bit on the heavy side so if you're going to mount on the wall make sure you use sturdy brackets.

8 x Splitter works as described. Great unit.

I had tried this amp with Raal Sr1a headphone and two 18 inch Scaena subwoofer. It is neutral sounding with no hard edge.
