Polycom Video Conference Wireless Microphone

We purchased this to record video at a conference. It worked very well. We were able to just hand a person the microphone and record a short clip before moving on to another person. They did not have to hold it close to their mouth. It did pick up both people when they were side to side and holding the mic between them. It mounted to the top of the Canon T2i and we easily switched from the wireless mic to the built-in camera mic and back again.

If your looking of a well balanced solid stand this is the one. I use several of these stands for all my wireless microphone set-ups. on video shots in church and at graduation ceremonies. The are simple and get the job done and the build quality is great.

This is a great microphone to have for any video producer who doesn't have the funds for an expensive wireless microphone. I've already gotten my money's worth in the most recent video I produced. Great purchase.

I don't know much about this stuff but I record video on my iphone using the Rode Wireless Go and Rode Lavalier Go and my microphone would blow out sometimes when I talked louder. The rep at BH said this could fix that and give me slightly better sound quality. It seems to be doing exactly that as my mic isn't blowing out as hard as before.

I have a Sony wireless microphone set but recently i have been using my Canon 5D mark 2 to do video and the kit came with XLR connections. This mini to mini with locking connection allows me to plug directly into my Canon without having to use an XLR to mini converter

I purchased 2 of the Pelican 1200 cases: 1 for my wireless microphone equipment and 1 for my Marshall 7 video monitor and a few accessories. I called into B&H photo to help me with selecting a wireless microphone system for shoot video with my Nikon D-850. I had absolutely no knowledge of wireless mic systems. I was a little leery fully basing my purchase on advice from a phone call. But the B&H rep was fantastic. He didn't just make a recommendations, he asked a number of question on how I planned to use such a system, etc. Afterwards he suggested two systems and I went with the Saramonic Blink 500 Pro B2 setup. I have now used it once for a interview video, and it worked like a champ! I've only used it that one time, and just purchased the Saramonic two weeks ago, but it is a thumbs up.
