Having purchased one my first Sonos units when they were first launched in the UK (And still in full working order), I have never been let down or disappointed with any of the products of which I have lots. The Sonos Beam is a great addition.

As always B&H was very quick to send the package out and it was what we ordered no problem. Our only problem is that the air conditioner is apparently too loud for even this windscreen to totally block the noise. It does a much better job but the mic is apparently extremely sensitive to all sound.

I got this because during the hot months I can't run my air conditioner and computer at the same time due to neighborhood brownouts. If I turn the air conditioner off the computer overheats. This covers the outtages so I can work in comfort without unexpectedly rebooting every few minutes. Thanks!

This unit functions flawlessly and it was a conch connecting it to my home wifi and adding it to my NEST account online. The product is unobtrusive and fits beautifully with our decor.
