However, the design so unique and I like how you can carry it on the go wherever you choose. I used this microphone with my Canon 60D DSLR. It captures great sound. Unfortunately the amplifier used in the Canon adds a fair bit of background hiss. I'm able to filter most of this out during editing, so it hasn't created a huge issue. I tried it out connected directly to my MacBook and was quite pleased with the quality without the hiss from the Canon. 5 |
