It is a cheap CPL compare to most other brands. The effect is good however. The sky turns bluer and also eliminate windows reflection very well. About flare, honestly I don't know. I use Tokina ATX124. The flare problem is very serious when point against strong spot light no matter with or without any filters. So in my opinion, if you use good expensive $ wide angle lens, then you better buy a comprehenive coated CPL. Otherwise, this product is best buy. Also, the body built is better than hoya. I have three hoya uv filters (not from b&h). The glasses can move when I press on them. This product won't. I am happy with product but stay away Kalt re-usable 35mm film canister. They are really poor quality. FIlm scratches and light leaks. I tested 4 canister and lost 4 rolls of films. Damp! 5 |
