Portable Car Battery Charger And Jump Starter

All I can say is wow, this tiny lithium jump starter got what thought was a dead as a doornail car battery back to life

Other than a jack, this compact jump starter is the number one item every car should have in it. Completely discharged my battery overnight, hot the"boost" and the car turned over immediately.

Originally bought my Watson portable car charger for my Nikon D5300 battery. Didn't realize that the plates were interchangeable, so when I upgraded to my new D810, I figured I would need to buy a whole new charger. But no...just a new adapter plate and I was all set. Great product!

At first, before reading the directions, I was disappointed that the jump pack could not turn over my car. Dead battery and all. However, after understanding the directions for use on a DEAD battery the pack brought engine to life better than a brand new battery ever had. Pricy, but worth it.

A third party charger isn't able to take this battery from zero to usable, so make sure you jump-start it using the official Leica charger.

1st NANO-VBR98 I bought for my Panasonic AG-CX350 camcorder was back in 2021. I love it! Still works great. 2nd one I bought last month would not charge. Sent it back to B&H for a replacement. Got the replacement and IT would not charger either. Anxiety set in. Contacted B&H customer service for help. They communicated a few times with Core SWX Tech support about the problem and finally got a good answer from them that these batteries need what Core calls a "Jump Start" procedure when initiating the 1st charge. This trick is putting it on and off the charger, back and forth numerous times before the charger "sees" it and starts charging it. Once the charge light stays a solid orange and is not blinking, the "Jump Start" is successful and the bottom green battery level indicator light on the actual battery will blink and that's a good comforting sign that the battery will be successfully charged completely from that point on with the charge light turning the normal solid green when full charge is achieved.

Works great. The official charger was the only one able to jump start the battery though, but after the initial little bit, I was able to confirm that it charged more than 1800mAh.

This charger works just as great as my Nikon Charger. I like that I'm able to charge my camera battery in the car. This is a great charger at a great price. MUST BUY!
