This desktop mic stand is well built. I can tell that it will last for a lifetime. It's heavy and that's a good thing because it means that for just about any microphone setup, this stand will hold it in place. On top of it being a mic stand I've also found great use of it (with an adaptor) as a light stand for hard to reach places. Thank you Auray for offering an affordable and versatile desktop microphone stand. The TT-6220 is perfect for either siting OR standing as the telescoping feature easily adjusts to the appropriate height. Best $14(with that pesky NYC sales tax) I've spent in years! I needed a stand to use when running a portable ham rig in the field.� The Heil microphone is a bit large and heavy so I was looking for something that wouldn't topple over easily and the height adjustment comes in handy when sitting at a picnic table in the park so that I don't have to lean down to speak into the mic.� All in all a find product. 5 |

Samson Go Mic review I previously used a Logitech USB Desktop Microphone for my Dragon NaturallySpeaking voice recognition software and it worked very good. But the Samson Go Mic has superseded my expectations of it being a little better than the Logitech. Excellent microphone for the price. Go Mic is positioned approximately 14 inches in front of my mouth and 1 inch lower. I would definitely recommend this microphone to a friend. 5 |
