Portable Golf Launch Monitor 2018

Despite recent launch of X-T4 and the fact that camera model has been released in 2018 just few days ago Fujifilm released a new firmware upgrade for the camera boosting autofocus performance 3X. I do enjoy the camera and I think it would work quite well for the next couple of years with no issues. Unlike X-T4 doesn't have in body stabilisation but it's almost twice as cheap after discount.

I got this monitor to go with my 2018 Mac Mini. Connecting via HDMI has been flawless.

Very portable, and surprisingly strong. A great seat for the camp or watching the golf tournament at TPC. I want another one, and the table!

Not sure I should leave a review-- I re-purposed a golf push cart to use as a portable light stand. I actually removed the base from this and I'm only using the stand with the cart. The height is great, and the air cushion is smooth. It's fairly wide and is plenty sturdy for my softbox and lights.

Love having my second monitor back after buying a new MacBook Pro. It isn't quite plug and play, you do need to launch an app to make it work.

I don't know what the haters have been smoking, but obviously they haven't educated themselves... I've been using the DisplayPort 1.2 setting in the monitor menu and using a DisplayPort 1.2+ capable cable since 2018 with no issues running the monitor at 4k at 60hz since 2018. I think the haters haven't even opened their settings menus to confirm if they're using the highest version of DisplayPort on their monitor lol. It takes 15 seconds to navigate to the menu, if it's not working then switch your DP cable because you're probably rocking a 1.1 or less version that's been sitting in your closet for too long. This is one of the best value 4k monitors besides using a small 4k value tv. It has impressive color range and accuracy with 10 bit color vs the usual 8 bit you'll see even modern tvs still using, and if you haven't made the switch to 4k or even 1440p yet and wonder if the difference is worth it, trust me I have a fine pair of glasses on and the difference in clarity is night and day resolution wise for reading text like this and detail for movie viewing is quite nice and the viewing angles are amazing for value LED, the next step up from here is getting a higher refresh rate 4k oled for me eventually.

On my mac mini 2018 with a 4k monitor, I swapped an HDMI to HDMI cable with this thunderbolt to displayport cable. Huge difference! Before, the entire display was sluggish and unresponsive. Now, the picture is sharp, and the UI is smooth and responsive.

Had this monitor since 2018, and I use it manly for focus pulling. It's a great monitor, good brightness, easy to use buttons and at a great price. Construction is a bit flimsy but it's held together so far for me over 5 years for me. I am gently on my gear though, I take care of it. I wouldn't rent this out in fear of it being damaged. Only complaints are sometimes the sdi in can be a bit finicky, but it's usually the type of cable you have attached. Doesn't like a lot of strain/weight on the input. Haven't used HDMI much so can't attest to that. Throw on a large battery and this thing can run for hours! Wouldn't throw any more money into a fancier monitor when there are so many other things that are more important.

This monitor works great for what I need. I run it with a MacBook Pro (2018) and have 6tb storage connected through thunderbolt 3. I am an amateur photographer so the screen resolution and size gives me plenty of room for editing. The on-board docking is a plus. I had a small problem with the first monitor and B&H customer service was very quick and efficient in replacing it. The new monitor has worked flawlessly.

I've used this with a Macbook Pro from 2018 and my NEC Spectraview monitor on my i9 powerhouse PC and it worked great via the included software as well as NEC's Spectraview software. The lens calibration target, color checker and cube are also great. I can't complain in the least. Great product for a great price.
