Portable Monitor For Console

Perfect nexgen console monitor. PS5 looks amazing!

We use this to connect a portable console to a house audio system. We also use it to connect balanced equipment to unbalanced equipment. It minimizes hum and DC offset problems. It is a handy solution to a common problem.

I have four mixing boards and 5 portable field audio recorders so I go through a lot of console tape. I use this on everything because the print stands out nicely and when I peel them off at the end of a project they come off cleanly.

I love the monitor. I use it with my new PS5 console and it works great. Set up was a breeze and I was so happy B&H had in stock. No one else did.

Pretty good for console (PS5), It runs at 120hz and 1440p and colors look pretty solid after messing around with the settings a bit. The only loss about this monitor is that it doesn’t come with height adjustment and speakers. But for me personally i doesn’t really bother me. So if your looking for monitor for console this is a great choice! Bnh also did great with the shipping.

I ordered this a week before a show where we needed to set-up a monitor mixing console for the artist. We ran all of the inputs into two of these and then split them to FOH and Monitors. Utilizing phantom power worked well and we didn't run into any issues.

As a console gamer who plays on both PS5 & Xbox Series X I can say that both look beautiful on this monitor. The brightness/HDR really pop and seeing games run at 4K/120fps looking as crisp as they do makes this monitor worth every dollar

I was a bit skeptical about getting a console but thought I would give it a try and just return it if not convinced. But I have to say my color grading has gone to a new level with this addition. Grading has become more organic and instinctive and very much faster. The accuracy of the adjustments using the wheels is much higher than with the mouse, you can make micro adjustments very easily. I had to re-arrange my desk layout to get a comfortable workflow. I moved my clean feed monitor to the left side and put the console in front of my main editing monitor. I bought an aluminum laptop stand from micro center which lifts the back of the console about 4 inches so it tilts towards me. Also got a wireless keyboard so cable aren't in the way. The build quality of this product is very high and I was impressed. I also recommend using a stream deck 4x8 so you can assign macro keys for all your common keyboard shortcuts.
