Portable Monitors For Ps5

I was looking for a new work from home monitor, but also one I can hook my PS5 up. After looking at a lot of ultra wide monitors, I realized most ran in 60Hz, which wasn't going to work for me, and I stumbled across this one. I absolutely love the amount of space it gives me for work, and the display for my gaming is great!! I've had zero issues with it, and have even suggested to a few others to look into it. For the price, it's a steal for a terrific piece of hardware to work and to game.

This was one of my first curved monitors and still is one of my favorites. It's really good for a PC or a PS5 because the PS5 has a 120hz mode in some games, mainly FPS games. The colors are good, and the game plus is awesome! Game plus lets you do anything from keep an eye on your frames per second to putting a crosshair on your screen. I haven't noticed anything negative with it being curved, or any eye strain. It doesn't seem to have much glare, and you can view at multiple angles without problems. I mounted it to some hydraulic stands so, they are light enough for that and to move around. They are durable, for a monitor. I feel like the curved helps with bigger monitors. I haven't quite figured out the HDR but that's with any of my monitors. HDR seems to be more of a marketing thing. Unless you are planning on spending a ton of money on a monitor, don't worry about HDR. The one I bought was a 32 in, but it might be a little too big for what I'm using it for. I don't regret getting this monitor. I recommended ASUS curved monitors to some coworkers and they like them as well. You can't go wrong with this monitor. I have bought at lot of ASUS. Most of my PC is ASUS. I like their stuff. The TUF series cost to performance is tough to beat and the ROG stuff is really nice when you want it all! I'm not sure about customer service yet. I haven't had any issues with my monitors. They are currently in the process of repair a graphics card under warranty and so far, it hasn't been a bad experience.

Love it best portable monitors at 240hz. Little pricey but for portable not to bad.

One of the best plug and play portable monitors I have used. ASUS should bundle this with their Zenbook duos.

I purchased this product about a month ago and it has definitely served its purpose. I am able to attach my work laptop (ThinkPad) easily with this portable monitor. I previously had dual monitors at both my office and my home and now this product has allowed me to work more easily from my truck. The picture quality is equivalent to both my office and home monitors (Samsung models). The Duex is also lightweight so that is a plus. I carry around a lot of bulky electronics throughout the day and this is easy to throw in my bag or carry in my arms. This product is a plus if you meet with clients or present to coworkers. The screen rotates so that you can share with anyone sitting across from you. My only thoughts on improvement are the magnets. They aren't as strong as needed for the product. They need to be stickier. Overall, I would still recommend this product to anyone that is searching for a portable monitor.

Unlike a lot of other flimsy portable monitors, this thing was well crafted. Has sufficient weight that I'm not worried about breaking in my bag, but also light enough that I barely notice it. It's components are high quality and don't have the on/off flicker that occurs with any movement on cheaper monitors and HDMI connections. Big fan.

Unlike most portable monitors where you have to stand them separately from the laptop, the Duex Pro Portable Monitor is attached to the monitor using very strong magnets. This is super convenient for someone like me who works out of coffee shops at times where there isn't much space. And because it's lightweight (much lighter than I expected), it doesn't weigh you down when you carry it. Highly recommend for remote workers and anyone who needs a portable monitor that's convenient to carry around.

This is my first portable monitor. Before purchase the main concern was whether there would be any audio or visual lag, and I am pleased to report that there is none that I can perceive (I'm an older gamer in my 40s). Both Nintendo and Sega mini consoles work well with the screen and the sound coming out of the headphone jack goes straight to my speakers without any delay. Nintendo Switch works fine and while I haven't had a chance to test PS3/4/5 yet, I'd imagine they should work fine as well. Colors seem natural and vivid, especially when placed next to a cheaper laptop with weaker colors. Red looks red rather than orange. When it came to portable monitors and gaming consoles, it was difficult trying to find a definitive answer on the internet as to which have lag and which don't. Compared to more expensive gaming portable monitors, this monitor at $200 was a smaller risk to take and I am glad that the risk paid off.

I own 3 of these for a portable triple monitor setup. I'm tired of seeing only 1080p or 4K 15.6 inch monitors. 1080p isn't often enough. 4K is a little overkill and you might as well change the resolution on your desktop to 2.5K. Well, this is a native 2.5K display. Oh and it's 16:10 aspect ratio so it's actually 2560x1600. The extra height is glorious for working in Davinci Resolve, Blender, and any other program. It also has full size HDMI which is very rare for quality portable monitors. Don't buy the garbage you see floating around on Amazon when it comes to portable monitors. Buy the ASUS. ViewSonic also has some quality options. I like ViewSonic's 1080p OLED, the physical design is better but it's micro HDMI and well ... it could have been 2.5K. Overall ... as of 2024 this is literally the best portable IPS OLED monitor that's affordable you can buy. I used my xRite color calibration tool to calibrate each monitor to 400 nits and Rec709. You can confidently color grade on these. They have minimal back light bleed. ASUS has been releasing 2.5K 15.6 inch 16:10 (same resolution) OLED panels in some of their latest laptops, so we might see a new Zenscreen like this in 2025 as an OLED panel. However, you can't go wrong with a tried and true IPS panel. These are great. Go for it!

I have seen other portable monitors in a variety of work and video scenarios - nothing comes close to the image and clarity that this one provides! A suggestion for practical use: Although it comes with a fine protective cover, it is thin and unsuitable for regular backpacks. Ask the fine people at B&H for help in selecting the correct sleeve for traveling. Again, the unit is wonderful in every way and the technical support with Viewsonic is amazing!
