This is my 7th Play-5 and I marked the review as "5 stars". However - I am disappointed in this S1/S2 incompatibility. I am an engineer and fully support that companies cannot continue to support legacy products forever. However - no company should say that my new product cannot work with my old product anymore. I would be fine with discontinuing support for the legacy product. This is forcing me to rethink my investment in Sonos. I hope the policy changes, otherwise you will lose support from loyal users (like me) who has consistently recommended your products to others. 5 |

Ive been using this paper for at least 5 years with my Epson 9900 (44 wide printer) and so far nothing has yet to compare. Epson has a Legacy Baryta that Ive tried, but they dont make it in 36, and all their widths cost more than the Hahnemühle. The papers surface emulates traditional B&W fiber base, but its equally impressive with both color and B&W images. 5 |

Looks like Epson has finally raised the bar on their legacy line of paper. This Legacy Platine has a wonderful surface texture and prints are stunning coming out of the P 800. I suspect it is actually Canson platine fibre rag paper that is relabeled .... At any rate it is a fantastic paper for soft gloss prints! Highly recommended !! 5 |
