The packaging box was flattened, but the product was safe and worked well for my printer.

This adapter is a life saver, exactly what I needed. I noticed when I took it out of packaging the adapter was super small - very portable and easy to toss into my brief case. Also it comes with a warranty which gave me peace of mind. All in all it might my needs - easily charge while listening to my favorite jams

Great portable printer, that does the job of basic copying. It's price was also right !

B&H is an excellent resource for Epson Photo Printer supplies. Their ink is fresh and in original packaging. I tried to purchase from Amazon and received ink which was 2+ years expired, marked for sale only in China and not in original packaging. B&H pricing is competitive and a much better deal than at Epson direct.

As a landscape design company we have been using large format printers for years, but we've never had one quite like this. You can tell how much thought and care was put into each intentional detail. The packaging was well thought out and packaged each piece so nicely. The carefully worded set up guide made it extremely easy to get set up! This printer is wonderful and makes printing large project designs stress-free! I especially like that there are multiple print size options. VS. Wow this printer is amazing we have used a large format printer for years producing designs at our company and this one is simply the best. So much thought and care was put in to all the details. From the thoughtful packaging to the extreme ease of setup with the helpful setup guide. This printer is incredibly wonderful I really enjoy the multiple print size options from small 11inch projects to large roll projects. Also the whole printing process is smooth as can be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer was shipped very securely! The packaging was excellent. I had no concerns over damage during transit. Set up was easy to do and I had not issues. Printing via WiFi was easy and worked well. Our last printer didn't have that functionality and I love that this one does. This printer works great for my family. I think the only negative would be that the toner cartridges are quite pricey.

The order arrived quickly and the packaging was intact. The cartridge was east to get out of the box and into the printer. I had a good print quality starting with the first page I printed.

the printer came quickly in well protected packaging. the installation was a breeze, less than 5 minutes, in connecting to the router. all firmware update thru the wifi. this is my 3rd Canon printer over the last 15 years and the installation is getting much better. the printer motor is also less noisy than the old i'm replacing. startup is fast.
