I have some high-end FW800 sound equipment for use with a portable MBP DAW system. This adapter cable held Unicorn-status after the all-TB3 MacBookPro was introduced. It is much more compact than alternatives available at the time, and comes with Apple quality and reliability.

I needed a small sound system for my daughter's outdoor wedding this summer so I looked and studied for several weeks before buying this unit. I am no novice to sound and was a little worried about the quality of this system for the price. I have experience operating $100,000+ systems at church, a municipal auditorium and run the sound at the American Legion World Series. I am no sound system snob, but want quality. When I received this portable PA system this morning and turned it on, I was blown away with the quality of sound when I paired it with my iPhone and started playing the Doobie Brothers. In addition, I was even more delighted with the sound quality of the two wireless mics. They may not be $2000 wireless mics, but they work well. Simple to pair mics with system. I even hooked the Samson system with another little Apollo system that I have had for years. It cost 4 times as much as the Samson and there is no difference in quality. The system packs lots of volume punch and maintains sound quality. I guess the only issue that I will be interested in is the battery performance. I can highly recommend this system to anyone needing a good portable sound system for a great price. It is about the size of a carry-on suitcase or an average camera bag.

Purchased 2. Using them to extend the length of the speaker cables for a portable sound system. Work as expected

we have been looking for a system with great sound, NO WIRES, portable, reasonably priced and easy to set up and use. My wife wanted music throughout the house and all the same or at times different. Easy to control the volume for the whole house or just adjust certain rooms. We purchased a play 5 and three 1's and quickly went back to by two more 1's.

We needed to replace the lavalier microphone on our 700 series portable sound system which is now no longer available. This mic is compatible and gives a new lease on life to this unit. It works perfectly and is very high quality.

We got this system to replace a Fender portable 150 Watt PA. The new Fenders lack controls. This thing has more inputs, much better controls and the sound is outstanding. The people watching on our internet broadcast noted immediately that the sound was much crisper and clear. The speakers are heavy but really good sound.

Bought for use as a portable outdoor system for use at a camp. Bluetooth and multiple inputs made it perfect. Sound is awesome!
