[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Portable Bluetooth Speaker is so nice and sleek the quality is really amazing and the sound that comes from the portable speaker sounds great. However, the design so unique and I like how you can carry it on the go wherever you choose. One thing like about the Portable Bluetooth Speaker is how it has a arm wristlet that you can carry in hand and also how easy it is to connect it to your Bluetooth as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone whose looking for a really great portable speaker to use anytime you like. Nonetheless, it's very easy to charge it which is awesome. 5 |

The sound quality is excellent. I listen to rock, jazz, metal, country, it all sounded awesome to me. The bass and treble is perfect. My receiver is connected to a cassette deck, cd player, and turntable.I like the remote that came with it. The bluetooth is easy to connect to other Bluetooth devices. The one problem i had was with both the manual and back of the unit for speaker hookups. Picking which speaker output to use for the speakers I have (8 ohms) very confusing for me, probably not a problem for anyone else. 5 |

This speaker is gorgeous, a music lover’s best companion, whether you like jazz, hip hop, or gospel the sound quality is amazing. I highly recommend this product, and plan to order my wife one as a gift also, that way when we travel together we can pair them for a true stereo sound. 5 |

I play shows and small jazz gigs as a full time 40 year professional, this speaker is wonderful, feather weight, punchy with plenty of power. I can hear the bass drum, keys, horns and vocals perfectly. It sits on the mike stand where I can reach it to make any small adjustments and it's so lightweight that I can easily move it around with one arm. The case is overpriced for what it is but provides space for a mike, mike cord and microphone, so it sits complete, if I need a monitor I just grab and go. Can't say enough about wonderful things about B&H, they are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable, the speaker got to me across the country in 2 days! Love those guys and love this little 6lb. powered monitor. In medium or small gigs it's perfect, should of bought it years ago. Thank you Mackie snd B&H! 5 |

I always have music on whether I'm working or winding down, and this speaker takes listening to the next level! The sound is so rich for a variety of styles - lofi beats, film scores, and it absolutely elevates the songs from my local jazz radio station. On this note, the bass is phenomenal and truly rounds out the drums and bass guitar - so much so that when I put on the Dune Part II soundtrack, my dog sat up probably thinking someone was at the door! Functionally, the handle is comfortable to hold and the speaker itself is soft to the touch. Bluetooth is easy to pair and I like that you're able to rename the speaker from the Bose app. Battery life is solid (in my experience, about 10% usage for two hours of listening) and charging is fast. The only feature I have not tested is the water resistance because I tend to err on the side of caution with such things. I'm also looking forward to bringing the Soundlink Max to more future pop-up events, as I recently curated a jazz playlist for my small business. 5 |

OK, long story short. . . . Been through a few speakers over my lifetime from Polks, Definitive Tech, Thiel, SVS, and, thankfully, now this Klipsch. I'll spare all the audiophile hyperbole, but listening to great music and great audio gear has been a passion of mine for decades. Vinyl, CDs, streaming, etc from mostly jazz, contemporary instrumental, classical, some pop, rock, some hip hop. . . but mostly my tastes are accoustic Jazz trios, female voice, choral classical. I sent back my SVS ultras because they are coming out with new line of speakers and thought I'd wait for the latest and greatest. Found out, however, that SVS is no longer making speakers in the U.S. so went back to this Klipsch knowing they are made in U.S. All I can say, is run, don't walk. . . . this is in a whole other league than any speaker I have ever owned. They're not speakers - they're alive. In my opinion, however well intended, online reviews comparing this speaker to the SVS ultra is a complete miss. This speaker is in an entirely other league than the SVS ultras. When I mean NOT EVEN CLOSE - I mean, I honestly don't understand where certain reviewers were coming from. Having had both - SVS Ultras for about a month, and now this klipsch for a couple of hours, it is simply night and day. This speaker is so well balanced from top to bottom with dynamics to boot, but it can play the most delicate music with finesse and intimacy. In 35 years of buying speakers, I've never sat in front of a pair and had chills or border line tears with the sublimity these things play. They are absolutely effortless from hard driving Jazz like Mr. PC with John Coltrane, Gregory Porter "Free" . . . or Chamber music. 5 |

Love the sound, the bass, the quality. From classical to jazz to rock, this speaker delivers. Worth the $$$. Started with midrange size and returned it because I like music loud! This one did the job. No regrets! 5 |
