This is an easy to set up softbox. The light is smooth -- especially with the inner diffusion sheet. After reading some of the earlier reviews, I am very pleased that Angler made two changes to the BoomBox: There had been concerns about losing the hardware for the inner deflection plate. In the version I received (2/23), the deflector plate comes with a grommet that slides on to a tapered inner post that you screw into the BoomBox frame. It is tight enough so the deflector won't slide around on the post, and there are no worries about losing the nut that holds it on. The second fix is for the inner baffle or diffuser (a sheet of white translucent material that provides extra smoothing for the light). Instead of struggling with those tiny clips that always slipped out of my finger, the attachment is now done completely with velcro. A little thing, but one less frustration in life! I feel as though Angler has really listened to their customers' feedback. I'm thinking about trying the strip box model of the BoomBox. 5 |

This is great for a school setting, or anywhere that has a laminating machine. I could see the posters getting messed up if you hang it up as is, but after being laminated its just fine. 5 |

Was nervous a bit because I was laminating by hand using an iron!!! This stuff is amazing. Rather pricey though. I am in Mxico and i was charged 1085 pesos for import and duty fees on top of what I paid for the product. 5 |
