The whole Nest family of integrated products is great. While nothing in this world is perfect, I think Near is near perfect. My only complaint is that I don't get a person motion alert until after the doorbell has been rung. I'd like to know why, and how to eliminate that lag time. 5 |

I used the Rapid Box for the first time yesterday, and I am so happy with the results! My assistant carried it (on a QuickStik) for two location family portrait sessions. The resulting lighting is perfect! It by far surpasses the speed light with diffuser, or the cumbersome light stand and umbrella combo. I would absolutely recommend this for location shooting. 5 |

Picked up the 11-24 at the Post Office; took few shots of the steering wheel; and drove right into the Talkeetna mountains. Having used fisheyes for year I thought I would know what to do with an 11mm rectilinear...but this lens is different. My instant favorite lens for off-trail Alaska landscapes. Image quality and sharpness are excellent. Distortion is very low. Makes incredible panoramas that don't look stretched out. Heavy...but it's also a 20, 17, 14,13 and 12mm! Once in my hands weight doesn't matter! Use the 11mm most but love the zoom! 5 |

I use this mostly for video. Like many have said it is fairly heavy but that is a plus when using it at a single location for video. I have added a hook to the bottom of the post and hang a weight (as much as 25 pounds) when shooting video. They are very stable, the price is right and they come with a nice bag for storage or transport. 5 |
