Post Office Box Posing As Suite Number

This is a no frills posing chair. The hydraulic post is very strong and the feet give a secure base. There is nothing fancy about this chair, but it sure seems capable of providing a variety of heights for set. Up.

I used four of these to create a distributed network in an office suite for VoIP telephones and data connectivity. Having the SFP slots allowed for a fiber backbone leaving all the copper ports available. Be cautioned, though, that they come with a default IP address that you should change so as not to have any conflicts.

I've been using Office 2011 for Mac since, well, 2011. I loved that suite and made full use of it in personal and business. I'm a freelance photographer. But both it and my Mac got old and I couldn't upgrade my OSX beyond 7.6. New iMac and new software upgrade. 365 is a joy. Transferred my old Office files with zero problems and have had fun creating new ones.

For me, I used the Basic wizard as it seemed to suite my home office situation the best. Seems work quite well under a Basic setup, though there were a number of other wizard profiles that looked tempting to play with, better to play it safe, since they were more intended for a small office environment where more sophisticated options might be needed.

Got this to run the Adobe CC Suite. Put it through the ringer so far with Photoshop, Audition, Premiere, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and more and so far has handled all of them like a champ. One thing I didn't see that it had was the RJ55 ethernet port built into the power supply, which is a nice touch. I bought a USB-C adapter as a hub for a card reader, USB interface, external monitor, and ethernet, but it turns out I now have an extra wired network adapter if needed. Packaging was superb. The outer box was very sturdy and very discrete, and the inner box was a very sturdy and well secured box with the traditional Apple style presentation. It would take quite a drop to damage in shipping. The 4.5K screen is super sharp and very responsive. So far a great machine for photo and video design and editing.

This apple box is just what I was looking for. I intend to use it as a posing prop for children and adults. It is sturdy and solid. The only thing I would change is that I do not care for the brand Matthews boldly branded on both sides. I stained my apple boxes with one coat of a nice, warm oak color, and they ended up with a pleasing weathered look. The name on the side blended in better, but I will have to do some cloning and patching in Photoshop to completely remove it. Overall very pleased with the product.

I've wanted an Apple Box for a few years for posing, elevating props in the studio and to stand on in a pinch. I finally bought the full box this month because I needed it to put on a stair in order to set a tripod leg on. My existing tripod didn't quite go tall enough. If you're shooting a group portrait, it's safe for a shorter person to stand on this in the back of the group. Just don't try to stand on it the (tall) 20 way under any circumstances. These are unfinished plywood, but can be painted or stained for a more polished look.
