Post Office Large Box Size

Picked up the 11-24 at the Post Office; took few shots of the steering wheel; and drove right into the Talkeetna mountains. Having used fisheyes for year I thought I would know what to do with an 11mm rectilinear...but this lens is different. My instant favorite lens for off-trail Alaska landscapes. Image quality and sharpness are excellent. Distortion is very low. Makes incredible panoramas that don't look stretched out. Heavy...but it's also a 20, 17, 14,13 and 12mm! Once in my hands weight doesn't matter! Use the 11mm most but love the zoom!

Nice for post cards and holiday cards. A strange size though.

I have two of these, my favorite softbox to use for groups and portraits, although the Large is a very nice box as well. The medium is a nice balance of size and quality. You wont regret this purchase, these boxes last 20+ years, and parts are replaceable.

Word of advice, should you decide to get a new Pelican case. Read the specs and take out a tape measure to see what size case you are buying. Most of my photo assignments I can drive to or elect to do just that. If you have to fly with this case keep in mind it is 30LBS empty with pro glass you're going to be hit with overweight fees. Having opened with that I have to add I love this box. It's huge and can carry more gear than I usually bring on a job. It's a Pelican so I know it will last forever. I bought the 1654 with divider set because I needed a large secure case but here is where I have exception with Pelican. There are not enough pieces to this divider set of the correct size. Also, because the large pieces are so long and big it is difficult to align them in the box for sectioning and compartmentalizing. NO, I would not ever again use the pick and pluck foam unless I was setting up this case for one specific set or type of equipment. The dividers are the way to go even though they are difficult to handle. Also, I don't think they are padded enough and still feel that I have to add cushioning to the sections. I have several other cases by Pelican and have used the dividers from those cases to create a custom design for the next shoot. Over all, I wouldn't put my equipment in any other type of case for extended travel until I get to the shoot where I will use a waist belt system for the actual work.

I used it on Nikon 810, right out the box, sending my pictures to an iPhone 7. It is very easy to use. Large size JPGs take long than standard size. It is a great buy compared to getting the Nikon wireless tool.

Post Office took their time, but arrived packaged perfectly and I cannot be happier as fits my Canon SX 70

While the US Post Office took an extra week and an half to deliver this, the item arrived and it works very well. Easy to set up and works as advertised. It's light weight means you should handle carefully, I imagine. Also, since the transmitter has no power switch (it only powers when pressing the trigger) you should do what I do and remove the batteries when it's in the bag to prevent running them down. In all, definitely worth the price.

I ordered the official mount kit for my Epson 5030 projector. It only came with a 6 extension. I rated this product 5 stars because it does exactly what it promises to do. It extends my Chief RPA mount down another foot, placing the projector exactly where I want it.While I could accomplish the same thing with a $$1.5 diameter steel gas pipe from Home Depot (yes I was actually using that). I would still need to paint the pipe white to match everything else.The Chief pipe is also aluminum, not steel, so its less weight/strain on the actual mount thats bolted to the floor joists above in the ceiling. Finally the Chief pipe has a square cut out, that can be used to hide the power/HDMI cables in. Make the installation look much neater & professional. For $23 this is pretty much a no brainer. Be advised B&H photo free super saving shipping means it will ship FedEx out of Edison, NJ to a local post office. From there the post office will deliver to you. I ordered on a Friday, received on a Thursday. So expect at least a week for arrival. If you need this item faster, use UPS ground or air. UPS ground ships from NJ/NY to VA/MD/DC in one day and was only $$more. Since I was in a rush, I should have chose that option.
