I work in a public relations office that produces media products. We have two copies of this lens in our inventory and have been using them for about two years. This lens is shared between five photographers, and is a coveted choice because it is versatile and produces excellent images. I finally bought my own so I'd always have one in my bag.

Bought the 5 for public area of my 1900 ft. Condo. Added roams for my office, Master Bedroom. I abandoned my serviceable old system and over 200 CD's when I suddenly became a widower and moved. Seems to be made of fairly sturdy material. Opens up and fits around the drop ceiling track, and then the post twists clockwise to tighten everything together. I hung a 5 lb fixture on this and it seems to be holding just fine. Price was definitely right.

I have been using the x-drop green screen for taking 3/4 portraits and have been very happy with the quality and also with how easy I am able to extract the image in post.

Near professional quality recordings

Picked up the 11-24 at the Post Office; took few shots of the steering wheel; and drove right into the Talkeetna mountains. Having used fisheyes for year I thought I would know what to do with an 11mm rectilinear...but this lens is different. My instant favorite lens for off-trail Alaska landscapes. Image quality and sharpness are excellent. Distortion is very low. Makes incredible panoramas that don't look stretched out. Heavy...but it's also a 20, 17, 14,13 and 12mm! Once in my hands weight doesn't matter! Use the 11mm most but love the zoom!

This device worked right out of the box. We use it for live streaming public meetings and other news related events. Flawless! It works connected directly to our camera in the field, or to vMix software on our PC at the office.

I use the box primarly for portraits and it's perfect for my needs. It's light and it comes in a durable flat carrying bag. I usually take public transportation and/or walk and i have no problems carrying the box around. I use it with a Nikon SB 700.

This worked literally right out of the box. I was so excited to get it that I figured I'd hook it up and try it out before reading the instructions. I tried it out at home due to the fact that we can't engage in any public gatherings right now. I hooked it up to my computer and I was able to freely walk around the house with this strapped to my belt while I listened in on the office meeting. No interference or dropouts around the house but I don't know if that will change in a public venue. The supplied earbuds are OK but not great enough to reproduce the entire spectrum. They're fine for normal speech but if you want to hear a full band mix or even your personal music collection, the lower frequencies get distorted. So I decided to plug in my expensive set of earbuds and I was loving it!
