[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of our devices have gradually transitioned to USB-C or have USB-C plugs, so I've just been collecting USB-C chargers to have around the house. This one went in our office/guest-room/music-room/exercise-room (hey, it's COVID) and has been great for my MacBook Pro. I have a 15" MacBook Pro that technically needs 95W to charge, but this 68W charger does well enough as long as the load isn't high -- I notice the computer does eventually charge to 100% even though it takes a bit longer. It's probably not ideal, but it works! For phones and other lower-power devices like iPads and the Nintendo Switch, this is absolutely a fast high-power charger with zero problems whatsoever. I love the sleek compact design and the included USB-C cable is heavy-duty and should handle the full power. Excellent. 5 |

This thing has enough power that I can charge at least three power hungry devices at once, and it doesn't get hot. I can charge a MacBook Pro, a wireless speaker (it sucks a ton of power), and a wireless iPhone charger all at once. Even though other chargers claimed enough power to charge all this stuff at once, none did it. If I was charing my MacBook Pro at high rate, the brick would get super hot. Not this one - it stays cool. Love the look. 5 |
