This is a perfect UPS for smaller home computing needs. If you're in a place where power outages occur and you have SSDs installed in your computer, you NEED a battery back-up system. If the power goes out during a write to an SSD, horrible things can happen. Trust me, it has happened to me. I will never use a computer with an SSD again if it's not plugged into a UPS. Those 15 minutes of power are crucial in making sure the drive and/or files are not corrupted if the power goes out. Buy one! You will not regret it. Peace of mind is priceless. 5 |
