For less than $4.50 this is the best USB flash drive I have been able to find anywhere. I was able to load a 25GB video file in 21 minutes. Hard to beat.

Tested with 100GB of video files. First, it reaches around 570~590MB/s. After 15% of copy, it drops to 250~270MB/s. The USB will get hotter after 3mins of copying. Actually, this is way better than any USB flash drive so far. The burst copy is all I need. If you are looking for a consistent super fast speed drive. Get an external SSD, not a USB flash drive.

We are using a flash drive to store and playback videos on a portable projector. I tried with a USB 3.0 Flash Drive, thinking the newer version was better. But the projector had a different idea. I learned from the professionals at B+H that this unit requires an older USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I never would have thought of that but sure enough, when I used this Verbatim 64G Ergo USB 2.0, the projector recognized the videos and played them flawlessly.

I am using this drive to back up video files for aa documentary film. I am a professional producer/director. I needed a drive that is very reliable and that has connections for both a MAc and an Avid editing system. The drive meets all my expectations. The last computer I had was a mac which was so old, exporting a 5 minute video for youtube would take 2 hours. I knew that it was slow but I had no idea how slow. I purchased this computer from B&H because I trust B&H. There are a lot of computer selling websites out there with a whole bunch of options, but I am just not that savvy when it comes to pcs. This shipped quickly and for free and once I had it up and running I downloaded Premiere and got straight to work editing another 5 minute video. Export time? 2 minutes. That's with multiple layers and color correction. I have also exported 60 minute videos and they have taken about 5 to 6 minutes. I'm of course very happy. Great purchase from a company I trust.
