Just enough protection and runtime to power off your machine...without breaking the bank. 5 |

We had a power outage this afternoon but thanks to this unit my HP h8-1420t machine did not go down. 5 |

I was using a homebrew Linux server for my Plex system. That machine died due to a power fluctution (looking at you First Energy). This was chosen as a replacement. Very much easier to manage, although not quite as versatile as a general prupose Linux system (then again NOTHING is as versatile). 5 |

I haven't tested this on my Linux machine, but it works flawlessly on Windows after downloading the drivers. It does exactly what it says, and it does it really well. I was a bit worried that the headphone output wouldn't be able to properly drive my Sennheiser HD650 headphones, but it worked perfectly and has enough power to even make the headphones uncomfortably loud, so that's a win. I was able to get rid of my standalone headphone amp completely and haven't heard a difference. I've tested the interface with both a Samson Q2U and an Audio-Technica AT2035 and can say that the preamps are very clean. I haven't had any problems with either of them. The Q2U especially, being a dynamic mic, needs a relatively high gain and this interface was able to get good volume levels easily. I'm very happy with this interface. The knobs are very smooth, the unit is fully metal and feels robust, it doesn't need external power, and it has a great display. I would definitely recommend the Motu M4 to anyone looking for an audio interface. 5 |

This machine is incredible compared to portables of even three years ago. Plenty of power to do Lightroom editing in such a compact size. 5 |

I wanted a better solution for my home network than another router that looks like it could take off for space at any moment to return to its home planet. I have a Google Fiber 8g connection and I wanted something that allows a connection straight from the Google Fiber Jack to the WAN Port of the Dream Machine without needing to go through Googles bridged router. I then hardwired Unifi Access Points (uses PoE - no power cables!) and I can upgrade them individually as WiFi tech improves. Genius. This gives you full network routing, firewall, route control, DHCP, VPN and as a bonus also works as IP cam video recorder. The setup and configuration is a breeze too. If you are novice in the world of networking I would not suggest this, but if you are power user, this thing is a beast. It has more than enough power to handle a home full of data hogs all using the connection at the same time with no impact to speeds or quality of use. Another fun feature is you can have a second internet connection connected that works as either a fail-over or the Dream Machine can use both simultaneously and handles all the necessary routing internally so clients don't see any impact. I can't imagine buying another home router from the normal consumer brands after using this. 5 |

Amazing performance in such a small machine. I am contantly jumping from place to place, so the small form factor and the amout of power a huge advantage 5 |

My wife's powerful gaming machine went through two power supplies in a bit over two years. After the last failure I decided to obtain a larger one to ease up on the demands. I found this one at B&H Photo and got it in only two days. Coming from New York City to Idaho -- that's quick! The replacement couldn't be easier and the entire process was done in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend the Gigabyte power supplies and B&H Photo for the great service! 5 |

I have three of these that I use for various things. This one in particular I use solely for time machine on my iMac. So far it works great and since it uses power from the computer I don't have to turn it on and off. 5 |
