Powered Wireless Outdoor Speakers Pair

I needed a pair of powered outdoor blue tooth speakers for the 4 th of July. B&H had the speakers I wanted and at an excellent price. Not only that, I placed the order on July 2nd and it arrived on July 3rd. Wait it gets better. They shipped for free. I mounted these in the ceiling facing down in an outdoor cabana that's 36' x 24'. The speakers are powered by a Denon Heos amp and they crank. The sound is amazing...you will not be disappointed!

I have a pair of Powered P.A. System speakers that use IEC cables for AC. With these, I don't need those little short cords attached to the long regular extension cords that I use to run to the speakers. Saves a lot of time making up special extension cables. I only wish they were L shaped, so they wouldn't stick out from the back of the speakers so far.

This is what I was looking for for a pair of remote powered speakers. �My only bit of annoyance is that I bought a powersupply for the unit, not knowing that it already comes with one. �There is currently no mention on the B&H web page that one comes with the unit.

I got the Kant Sub8 to pair with the Kanto YU6 powered speakers for my desktop setup. It is a perfect pair, making a decent full range audio setup for my computer. Together they sound very nice, open and can get LOUD if I desire. I recommend these Kanto speakers.

After years of being on the fence about getting a turntable I took the plunge. A good pair of powered speakers and this turntable has gotten me listening. Impressed with the ease of use. VERY simple. This is a highly recommended turntable..... almost anywhere you seek guidance. I see why. Find it for less than $150 and it is a no brainer. Not much you can upgrade. Yet that is why it is a great choice to START with.

This is a truly useful item for setting up powered speakers on the road. Usually I place the powered speakers close to an outlet in the corner of the stage and/or hall. This 6' length is perfect for such a setting. In addition I use Alto wireless receivers to cut down on XLR cables - this multiple outlet allows me to power the speaker, the wireless receiver and a DJ light all at the same time. What's really cool is - when the speaker, or light or receiver is on, an LED indicator light lets you know something is turned on. When everything is turned off, the LED light goes off too. So I know when I've forgotten to turn of the speaker at the end of the night. This outlet is built tough and can take the abuse of the road - I highly recommend them for powered speakers!

I have two pair that are in a covered outdoor room that is 16 x 20 in size. The 251's use of two tweeters angled provides a wide sound field creating a great result for outdoor use. The sound is excellent even at low volume making it easy for my guests to both enjoy it and not have to talk over the music. One pair is installed high in the corner surrounded by wood which amplifies the bass. The other pair is surrounded by just air. Where they are installed makes a big difference as my two pairs sound very different when isolated offering an obvious lesson in acoustics. I use a pair of outdoor volume switches to balance them. I previously had them in another house where one pair were installed high covering a back yard and flooded a large area with sound. These speakers can play loud if need be. My experience with them in three different locations gives me a unique perspective in recommending them and attesting to there versatility . Few outdoor speakers will provide satisfying bass but if you have a choice of where to install, using acoustic common sense can aid in improving the bass. Mounted on wood vs. brick will change the sound, in corners vs open air.....etc. This is true with all speaker installations. Speaker reviews are subjective based on personal preference and expectations. These speakers are not bass monsters and their indirect tweeter array provides a wide sound that produces little fatigue. Auditioning any outdoor speaker outside of its actual installation is nearly a useless exercise. This model has now been around at least 15 years and obviously has been a good seller for Bose. I can say over the 13 years I have owned them, these speakers are durable, versatile and lived up to expectations at the premium price.

I have been using this pair of outdoor speakers for nearly 3 years without any problems and purchased an additional set. I will recommend to anybody who wants to use robust speakers for outdoor use.

I am currently using the Amp to power a pair of outdoor Sonus speakers. Great sound, love the designs and plan on adding powered, wireless Sonus speakers to my Master bedroom and my Mancave (garage). I've easily connected my music Apps to the Sonus App. Great system and love the flexibility. Great gear!
